Sea❤️City

Jungkook smiles at the camera, pouting his lips.Jimin clicks his picture,his eyes shining and a little bit of his tongue peeking out.

"Do a model pose Jungkook-ah"

Jungkook nods and puts one leg forward, sitting down on the other.He feels Jimin's gaze on him, making him hot and fuzzy.

"Is this fine?"
He asks.

"Nope"
Jimin replies,lips turning curved,as he fumbles with the buttons on the camera.

Jungkook raises his eyebrows.
"What?"

"It's too sexy"

A tiny whisper,slight movement of lips,but the words travel quickly.They carve a piece out of Jungkook's chest and make their home there.
Jungkook's jaw drops because it's happening.Again.

Too much flirting.

Staring.

They cuddle more,hold hands under the table,brush of their pinkies, forehead kisses.

Jungkook looks at the man in front of him,the love of his life.His mind calculates and analyses every single moment where they crossed the line of being just 'best friends'.Specifically yesterday night.

Jungkook is eating a chocolate,his lips smeared but he doesn't care.There's no one to watch and judge.He hears footsteps and a loud thud next to him,on the bed.

"Hi Kookie"

Jungkook smiles, recognising the sweet voice anywhere, anytime, always.

"Hi Jimin"
He doesn't say 'hyung'.He knows Jimin is fine with it,it's just their secret, something that's theirs.Calling of names.He loves the way Jimin sounds on his tongue,like a sweet pill, soft and sugary.

Jimin shuffles closer,his finger swiping Jungkook's lips and the next moment,he is licking them, completely oblivious.

Jungkook stares open-mouthed,his mind going blank.

"It's so good.Is there some more left in the fridge?"

It takes a second for Jungkook to realise that he is being to talked to.
"No"
He says and bends down, pressing his lips on Jimin's nose.A light kiss.

Jimin giggles,cute and plops on his elbows
"What was that?"

Jungkook acts ignorant, throwing the wrapper down.He knows Hoseok will scold him for that but there are more important matters to focus on.He lays down and the next thing he knows is Jimin trying to plant a kiss on his cheek,he turns to the side,the kiss falling on his head instead.

It's gets too quiet again and he feels Jimin's cheeky smile behind him.He slowly looks over and Jimin catches his hands, pinning them on the bed,his smile huge and teasing.

"Jimin"
Jungkook says,warns.He feels the beating in his heart get faster and louder.

Jimin bites his cheek,not too soft but not too hard either.A love bite.A best friend bite because they aren't dating yet and Jimin isn't even aware that Jungkook is head over heels in love with him.

"What the hell Jimin?"
Jungkook screams, horrified and flustered,a museum of feelings in his mind.

"Time to sleep,baby"
Jimin says casually, pressing his cheeks to the pillow.

Jungkook doesn't get much sleep that night.Although at one point,he himself swings an arm around Jimin and pulls hims closer.He realises this is just them being them.Just jimin and Jungkook.Finally when sleep welcomes him,he dreams of kisses and hugs and a certain chubby smile.

"Jungkookie?"

Jungkook comes back to the present.

"Are you alright?"

"Y yes"
He says.Then he takes a leap, hoping that Jimin will catch him.
"Jimin?"

Jimin removes the camera strap and keeps in on the sofa nearby.He hums.

"Do you remember,that day,when we all were watching the night sky and Yoongi hyung composed a beautiful poem?"

Jimin smiles, soft.He nods his head and chuckles
"Ohh the one which touched Jin hyung's heart and he gave Yoongi hyung a kiss?"

Jungkook laughs too.Jin had indeed kissed Yoongi's forehead.It was funny seeing their two most reserved hyungs being affectionate with each other.

Jungkook remembers the poem,

I saw two boys kissing
On a park bench
Under the night sky
And as the starlight spilled perfectly onto their hair
I thought how beautiful it is that sometimes the sea wants the city even when it has been told it's entire life that it is meant for the shore.

He remembers Yoongi's teary eyes,how he said that these lines were his comfort and hope while living with homophobic parents, before their debut.

As he recites the poem now to Jimin,he feels overwhelmed and scared.Jimin's face changes into something comforting,his eyes understanding,his lips kissable.

"You are my city hyung"
Jungkook whispers.

Jimin's face hardens.He scrunches his nose and bites his lips trying his hardest to not cry.

"Jungkook"

Jimin's touch on Jungkook's cheek is gentle, his fingers trailing over the younger's skin as he tries to find the right words. He takes a deep breath, his eyes focused solely on Jungkook.

"I've always felt like we were two sides of the same coin, you know? You're the ocean, vast and boundless, and I'm the city, solid and grounded. But, together we create a masterpiece, don't you think? Like the sea and the city," Jimin says, a smile playing on his lips.

Jimin steps closer, slowly intertwines their fingers.They have held hands so many times but this is different.There's sweet intention and purpose.

"Can I?"
Jungkook asks.

Jimin nods and meets him halfway.

Jungkook feels like sunlight just spilled all over him.Jimin tastes so good,his hand on his neck is warm.He pulls back a little and hears a whine.He chuckles and presses again, sucking in all the praises and sweet gasps.

When they finally pull back,Jimin kisses the inside of his wrist and takes him to the bedroom.They kiss a few times but mostly giggle and tickle each other,they talk about space and earth and aliens and food.It's 5am by the time Jimin falls asleep,his face buried in Jungkook's neck.Jungkook kisses his hair and thinks fairytales are real and he has finally found his prince charming.

It's 2:44am and I suddenly had an urge to write canon Jikook because oh my goddd...the travel vlog teaser got released today...and they were cuddling........my heart exploded and I just can't get that out of my mind.They are so freaking domestic and affectionate.Can't wait for August 8th!!.. although I need to ask my mom for Disney+ membership😔😭
