*Clan Secura Residence*
POV Torin -

...silence...utter silence... then something I didn't expect Lon ...

Burst out laughing surprising everyone at the table and the guards surrounding the area.

"Uncle ... what's so funny?" Aayla asked after her Uncle Lon had finished his laughing fit. Wiping tears he lets out, "I just never thought I'd see the day the most stubborn people in the galaxy kowtow to me and ask for my niece's hand in marriage what a sight"

"Dad why is the Mandalorian asking to marry cousin" Nat Secura asked. "To start an alliance son" Lon replied. "Aren't the Vortek's strong father shouldn't we do this for your plan to succeed?" Van Secura asked. "Van not now" Lon quickly replied.

"What plan uncle you didn't tell me of a plan?" Aayla inquired with her family. "The plan to seize power isn't that right father?" Van replied before Lon could shush him. "I suppose the cats out the bag" Lon told us. "Uncle that's treason they could kill you or worse seize Clan Secura in its entirety" Aayla said worried.

"I know Aayla but I have no choice ... the slaves ... the children... the women the tyranny I need to stop it at all cost" Lon said "I know uncle and I'll help you I promise" Aayla swore.

"Please hear me out and I will help you with your plan" I said. "Okay tell me how you plan to help me" 

"While speaking with your niece she said something interesting ... about Clan Secura's vast wealth however you lack one thing a major militant superpower to back you .... Let that be me, I will back you with a fleet of 1 Keldabe, five crusader corvettes, Ten Kom'rk and 25 fang fighters and a ground force of 1,615 Elite Vortekian soilders and you in return will give me financial support because Clan Vortek is running out of money and we need that to expand our military and empire" I explain to Lon.

"What if I decide to deny your request or say that the military might you are offering isn't enough" Lon replied very serious. "Then I would probably say you haven't witnessed the power of Clan Vortek before" I tell Lon. "And if I have" Lon replied.

"Then I promise five fleets and five armies all the same size as the fleet and army I have already told you about" I explain - I hope this is enough I don't have any more cards to play except one and I want to keep it for later - .  "Okay then and if I accept this new deal what would you want in return?" Lon inquired. "I would need wealth from you, you  would be paying for each soilders every month plus fuel expenses for every ship in the fleets" I reply.

"How many credits would that cost me for a year" Lon asked curiously. "Based on what you've asked for and need it would be 286,037,000 credits for five fleets and five armies for one year" I reply. -Let's see how big that vast wealth of yours is- "Torin that's a lot of credits ... based on what I have saved we can afford it however nothing is allowed to go wrong, we have to succeed or Clan Secura will be destroyed" Lon replied. "Your hiring Torin Vorteks faction of House Vortek from Clan Vortek , I swear on my name you will become chancellor of Ryloth and I will help you mold this world into whatever you desire" I tell him.

"I'll have my assistant send you the credits now and we can get this on a role" Lon said cheerfully. "Uncle please be careful about this, if the chancellor finds out he'll have the General attack you" Aayla said worried.

"I know Aayla I'll be careful, I have the support of the Twi'lek council and the people the issue is the Ryloth military the leading General was paid off by the chancellor and the Hutts and he's holding the main four city's captive making a vote against his and the chancellors rule impossible... however with the support of Torin's Army and fleets we can subdue the government and military and hold the vote in Lessu capital city" Lon informed us.

"You'll need a new senator to represent you at the senate that's if you want to stay apart of the Republic" I tell Lon . "Why would Ryloth need a new senator" Aayla inquired "Because the chancellor and General aren't the only ones getting paid off by the Hutts" I reply.

"Do you have anyone in mind for the senator position Torin" Lon asked curious for my opinion. "Of course, it should be given to Cham syndulla the freedom fighter" I reply. "Don't we need a bigger fleet and army to take on Ryloth?" Aayla asked -She seems to be getting increasingly worried- "No the amount we have is overkill already... you need to consider 99% of the planets in the galaxy haven't had a military presence for hundreds of years and the extent of your military is a couple fighter's and a small army of a couple hundred, my fleet of around 200 ships and army of 8,075 elites will be all we need" I respond.

"Then as soon as the rest of the fleet is here and the Army is ready we'll initiate operation takeover" Lon informed us.

"Contact your allies Lon Secura and tell them to make there way to Lessu capital city in 6 hours the success of operation takeover will be announced and we will have you become chancellor" I tell him and get up and go to my room to get changed into my armour and to contact the fleet and get the reinforcements. Aayla enters the room and lies down next to me. "Are you confident this plan will work?" Aayla asked. "Of course, would I lie to you, your my future wife ya know" I responded gaining a little laugh from her.

"We'll have to get ready soon" Aayla said
