Whether it'd be every song I song,
every poem I recited,
every word I said,

Whether it'd be sweet tea,
bitter coffee lattes from Starbucks
or every Chinese takeout that was delivered to my doorstep,
and even if it was the end of the world,
when all we can do is soak and drown ourselves in the blood of our own wrongdoings,
it would remind me of you.
