At the hospital, Dr. Top was just getting ready to leave. He heard his phone go off. He read the message and sighed. He never wanted to be a doctor that catered to the Mafia. That was his Pa, who was now deceased, but when he joined the hospital and a young boy was brought in, he had to help him. He later learned he was a mafia heir. He promised to treat the boy and look out for him, as it didn't seem like the kid had anyone else. Top was actually afraid the kid would go completely dark, and it seemed like his one and only friendship was keeping him in the light. He saw the message from Kimhan and even though it was against what he wanted, he replied he was at the hospital and would make sure he saw the person.

Top entered the VIP room and was not expecting what he saw. There were two bodyguards helping someone try to get comfortable on the bed and it seemed that person was arguing with the other person that looked ready to kill someone. "Hello, I am Dr. Top, how can I help you today."

Kinn: My name is Kinn Theerapanyakul, and this is Tay. Whatever you see or hear, doesn't leave this room.

Top: I am a doctor and take Patient confidentiality very seriously. Tay, what happened?

Tay: Kinn, just take me to our dorm. I am dirty. I need to shower. I have to get him off me.

Kinn: Tay, you need seen by the doctor. You are bleeding.

Top: Tay, where are you bleeding?

Tay: Kinn, I just want to leave. I need to make myself clean for Time. I have to get rid of him.

Top was trying to understand what happened with the dialogue between the two, and he was hoping he was thinking in the wrong direction when the guy named Kinn affirmed his fears.

Kinn: He raped you Tay, how can you even think about him?

Top: Tay, I can't say I have ever been in your position, but please let me examine you. I can have everyone else leave.

Tay: Kinn, please I need a shower, I need to get his touch off me.

Kinn: Let the doctor examine you and then I will take you back to our dorm.

Tay: Fine, but you, Big, and Ken need to leave.

Kinn: Big, Ken, lets step out in the hall. Dr. He is a dear friend of mine.

Top examined Tay and found that he had a couple tears in his hole. He expected it to be worse than it was. "Tay, you are lucky. There are only a couple tears, and they aren't bad. I will give you some cream that you will need to rub around your rim and put up inside so there isn't any infection." "I understand Doctor. I had to do that after my first time with my boyfriend. Actually, he did it for me. I am sure he will do it again." "That is good that you have someone you can lean on. I have already put it there. It will need done again in the morning." "Thank you, Doctor." "Here is my number in case you need anything. I am actually a Therapist."

Out in the hall, Kimhan shows up to talk with Kinn. "How is Tay?" "I don't know, he keeps wanting to go back to the dorm to shower to get that guys touch off of him." "Did he say what happened?" "I know what happened. I have already contacted Kamol and let him know." "Kinn, are you sure what you saw is what happened. There was another guy in that bathroom. I have him at the warehouse." "So, you got to him before Time called Kamol?" Kimhan wasn't about to tell Kinn that he was at the bar and knew the situation. He was letting his brother think, the message he sent him was what took him to the bar. "Yeah, I was leaving the with guy when people came to get Time. He was in pretty bad shape." "I know, I beat up, I should have killed him." "Kinn, you need to think about Tay. Have you asked him what happened yet?" Dr. Top chose this moment to exit. He noticed Kimhan but didn't acknowledge him. "Kinn, I have examined your friend and given him medication. He assures me his boyfriend will help him with it. He is good to go. I am letting you know that with these types of injuries, it is best to reassure the patient that it wasn't his fault. If you need my help, here is my number." "Thank you doctor." Tay steps out and tells Kinn he is ready to go back to the dorm. Tay, Kinn, Big, and Ken leave, while Kimhan stays back. "Top, I need to know if he told you anything. I know you shouldn't, but this could start a war within the mafia." "Since he didn't say much, I will tell you. He said he was dirty from that mans touch and he needed to get clean for his boyfriend.
