21. Cherished Moments

Taehyung and jimin were cuddled together, when a knock on the door woke them up, refusing to open their eyes, jimin snuggled closer to taehyung

"Dad, Appa," Taemin shouted for the nth time, it was becoming a habit for him to shout for his parents, he didn't understand how come they slept so carefree sometimes that they didn't remember him,

Taehyung opened his eyes slightly, one hand rubbing the eye, while the other pulled jimin closer, as he already wasn't, as he tried to understand the coming voice, it took him a few seconds to understand it was Taemin at the door.

"Shit, we are late, jiminie, jimine," taehyung said as he hurriedly woke up, moving towards the door to open it.

"Dad," Taemin said as soon as taehyung opened the door, as taehyung lifted him and hugged him tight.

"Morning my tiger," taehyung said, hugging the other tight.

"Morning Dad, but we will be late for school, it's my match today" Taemin whined

"We won't be late buddy, why don't you go and take your shower and we prepare your breakfast and school stuff," taehyung said, putting him down.

Taemin nodded, as he went to bed where he pecked Jimin's cheeks and ask

"Is appa sick?" that boy worriedly asked when he saw his father wasn't waking up,

"No baby he isn't, just sleeping, I'll wake him up, you go take your bath," taehyung said and Taemin walked towards his room

When Taemin left, instead of waking jimin up he looked so exhausted, so taehyung decided to let him sleep.

He went to the kitchen to prepare pancakes 🥞, with some fruits on top for them, along with milk for Taemin,

"Dad, appa" Taemin came running to the kitchen, after his bath

"Champ, you need to dry your hair," taehyung said when he saw others had still-wet hair

"Appa does it for me, where is he?" he asked looking around but couldn't spot his father

"He looked tired so I let him sleep now how come today your dad will dry your hair," taehyung said, turning off the flame and moving toward Taemin's room

He dried his hair, it took him 10 minutes.

"Let's go have our breakfast," taehyung said and led toward the dining table.

After eating their breakfast taehyung said to him "You go get ready and take your stuff" he went to his room and saw jimin was still sleeping.

He took a quick shower, took his bag, and left a quick peck on the forehead while leaving a note that he was taking Taemin to school.

He said byes and dropped Taemin at his school

"We will be there before your Match starts buddy," taehyung said and hugged his son who nodded and ran inside.

Taehyung went to his office and decided to complete some of his work before he went home and got ready for the match.

He worked for some hours and got free before 2 hours of the match, he took off and went home he opened the door and it was so quiet inside.

He went to his room and saw jimin was still sleeping he put his back down, loosened his tie moved towards the bed, sat on the side while ruffling his hair,

"Babe," he slowly whispered, jimin moved a bit because of continuous disruption but still eyes closed

"Didn't I say, you'll be too tired for tomorrow, but you won't listen, love" taehyung said as he moved close to his ear, taking his earlobe in his mouth, biting it slightly,
