JK came back to the kitchen when he saw Jimin had started cooking. The kitchen was filled with the aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the sound of sizzling bacon as Jimin, and Jungkook gathered around the table, enjoying a lazy morning together, taehyung joining them later.
"I told you he is taking a shower"
"Yeah, whatever," JK said, taking one apple and started eating it
"How was your date yesterday," jimin asked
"Hot, he started with food and it was going good then it ended in his bedroom, no one can resist me you know," JK said, taking one bite of apple.
"I really want you to get settle down with someone" Jimin was concerned because of other's habits
"I will when I get someone for me," JK shrugged. Jimin just kept on looking towards him, it sometimes gave him doubt, that probably he is responsible for it.
"I was thinking," JK said taking Jimin out of his thoughts
"Yeah,"
"Suga Hyung and Hoseok Hyung planning on going to Busan for 2 weeks, I'm going with them as well to meet everyone, I want to take Taemin with me"
"That's amazing, we all can go together, I will meet my parents as well" Jimin suddenly became excited.
"Well, we can but looking at your neck that your hickies getting fresh each passing day, you both need some privacy" he mischievously said
"Jungkook, you saying non-sense" Jimin dismissed him, feeling embarrassed
"Nonsense, you horny couple, don't even realize to have an innocent kid at home"
"Ay, don't say that, we are not doing anything"
"Oh really, let me ask Tae then"
"What to ask me," Taehyung said, he was coming downstairs after getting ready for his office. He put his bag on the table and came towards the kitchen, hugging Kook,
"That you both need some privacy" JK winked at hi
"Ah, that we do," Tae said, laughing with JK, jimin felt most embarrassed there.
"Tae" Jimin glared at him.
"Of course, baby," coming towards Jimin and standing beside him.
"So, what you were saying"
"That I have the plan to go to Busan for 2 weeks along with Suga and Jhope Hyung, so I want to take Taemin with me," JK said
"We can go with them as well to meet there with everyone tae" Jimin exclaimed, he surely wanted to spend time with his husband, but at the same time with family and friends as well.
"You guys can meet later, plan something for you and enjoy it, I'll take care of Taemin"
"I know kook, I don't have to worry about Taemin when he is with you, thank you for this," Taehyung said.
Suddenly, the doorbell rang, interrupting their conversation.
"I wonder who that could be," Jimin said, wiping his hands on a kitchen towel as he headed toward the door.
As he opened it, he was greeted by the sight of their new neighbor, Miss Leah, holding a freshly baked pie.
"Good morning, Jimin!" she exclaimed with a smile. "I thought I'd bring over a little treat for you and the boys."
"That's so sweet of you, Miss Leah," Jimin replied, he was never a much fan of her.
"Please, come in." As Miss Leah entered the kitchen, the aroma of the pie filled the room, eliciting appreciative murmurs from Taehyung and Jungkook.
"Wow, that smells amazing," Taehyung exclaimed, his mouth watering at the sight of the delicious pie. Leah smiled, her eyes never leaving Taehyung.
Jimin noticed her behavior, getting angry that she was keeping an eye on a married man, who was not even looking at her.
"Thank you so much, Miss Leah," Jungkook added when he noticed Jimin was not giving any response, a grateful smile on his face.
"No problem, I figured it would be nice after all the hard work you do," she replied, still not taking her eyes off Tae. "Besides, I always enjoy coming by to see you, Tae."
"You are coming here to see my husband"? Jimin asked, now getting angry. Now, JK and Taehyung were fully attentive to the situation looking at Jimin and Leah, simultaneously.
"No, Jimin I didn't mean that" she explained
"But you just said that" Jimin huffed, tae moved towards him, putting his arm on his waist, in an attempt to calm him down.
"Now, Jimin you guys are good neighbors, I was trying to be humble," she said
"That's so nice of you, Miss Leah," JK suddenly said, before Jimin could say anything.
"I'm taking my leave then", she said, giving a look at taehyung, as if she was trying to hint at something, but taehyung wasn't paying attention, he was focused on jimin to calm him down.
"Oh, I'll walk you out," Jungkook offered, before walking away with Leah.
"Thank you so much for your hospitality, and I hope you enjoy the pie," Leah said with a gentle smile. Jk opened the door for her and gestured to leave.
As they settled back around the table, Taehyung couldn't help but feel grateful for the warmth and kindness of their neighbors but at the same time worried for jimin, he didn't think that girl was hitting on him.
"Whats wrong jiminie?" he asked. "They're our neighbors, she's just a sweet girl who brought us a pie."
"Sweet?" Jimin said. "She's not being sweet. He was trying to hit on you," jimin glared at him.
"What? No. Don't be silly, she wasn't hitting on me. Besides, you have nothing to worry about. You are my everything, nobody will ever change that, not even that sweet pie." Taehyung tried to sweetly explain him.
"Tae, why are you saying such things?" jimin whined.
"Because I want you to stop being jealous," he replied, taking him in his arms and kissing his forehead.
"I'm not jealous, okay?" Jimin said, pouting
"Really, baby" taehyung said, smirking.
"Ahem, you guys do realize that I'm still here" jk said, bringing them back to reality, they just gave him a small smile, Before anyone could say anything a voice echoed;
"Dad, dad, my shirt" Taemin was shouting as he came out of his room, struggling to wear his shirt
"Aww my baby," before Taehyung moved JK took big steps and helped him to put on his shirt.
