Chapter 3: We Meet Again

*2 days after the incident of y/n in the alleyway*

"After reporting what i saw to the local police, they said that they have been looking into the case." y/n said to their co-worker, "Ok, but you actully saw the shadow sucking on the body?" they replied, "Yes, I clearly saw it feeding." y/n replied back. (they call it the shadow since the other people who saw it only saw a shadow)

*2 hours later

Y/n usually goes to work at 6:30 am even if work starts at 9, so around 8:30 (the mcdonalds there isnt open 24/7). Y/n's boss came out of their office to announce something, "Everyone, we have a brand new employee working as a shift manager, his name is Citrus and will be arriving soon.". "What did he say? Citrus???" y/n was surprised Citrus got employed here at their job, and was also surprised that he didnt have a job, because when they met at the train, Citrus was well dressed and looked like he came from a business meeting abroad.

While y/n was in still in shock after realizing he was their new employee, the door opened and there was Citrus, but this time, he gave off a different vibe, last time it was a friendly gentle vibe, but now, it was a charming sexy vibe. You started sweating (in bisexual) and blushed as you look at him, you said to yourself, "Could this be love at first sight..? no.. no no NO!.. I still havent got to know more about him and im already thinking of stuff like this! *sigh* I should really get back to work...". Suddenly he saw Citrus approaching them, "Well look who it is, didnt i meet you at the bus a few weeks back?" he said, "Oh.. Yeah we did meet at the bus" your replied back. You two had a little chit-chat before your boss calls him over and shows Citrus where he'll be working at.

*8 hours later*

As you were fixing your stuff and ready to go home, Citrus called you over, "Hey y/n, want a ride home?" he said, you were slightly suspicious of him evenif you thought of him as hot, since you were the only one who saw him as the "shadow", and knowing he also saw you yet hes acting normal, you politely decline his offer, "No thanks, I'll just take the bus home.". After you replied, one of your co-workers walked to you and whispered,"He looks hot, he'd probably be a good match for you," yo slightly blushed and answered, "What?! I mean yea he does look hot but seriously if you want me to hit on him you gotta give me time to know him more!". As you answered, Citrus awkwardly looked at you and said, What now?" you also looked back awkwardly and said, "Oh nothing, me and _____ were just talking about our favorite characters." he then replied "Oh, alright then". then you looked at you co-worker and slapped their face. "Goddamit ______ you almost embarrassed me!" you said angrily, "Hey! you're fault for talking so loud!"
