Almost two weeks had passed since Jisung last saw Hyunjin. Even though they were working on the same project together, the blonde just never seemed to be around anymore.
It also felt wrong to stay at Hyunjin's place so Jisung ended up temporarily moving in with Junwoo. Even then, it felt weird after what Hyunjin had told him. He would always glance at Junwoo when he wasn't looking, but never had the courage to ask.
He also hadn't spoken to Jaeseok since that night either which he felt horrible about.
The boys had noticed Jisung becoming more reclusive and started to become concerned, but there wasn't much they could do to help. With the release just around the corner, everyone had been all hands on deck working into crazy hours of the night.
"Hey," Junwoo shook Jisung's arm, snapping him out of his daze, "You okay?"
"Huh?" Jisung looked up at him, confused, "Uh, yeah, yeah, I'm fine."
"Are you sure? You've not been yourself lately,"
"Sorry, I've just been a bit overwhelmed with the release coming up soon,"
"Aww, you're doing great, babe, I'm so proud of you," as Junwoo leaned in for a kiss, Jisung flinched away, "Did I.. do something to upset you?"
"I'm just tired," Jisung smiled bitterly before getting up to make his way to the door, "I'll be home late, don't wait up."
Junwoo watched as Jisung left, not even turning to face him.
"What did I do?"
//
Jisung huffed and grunted as he was doing bench presses on his own, but suddenly lost his grip on the bar.
"Whoa, easy," Chan and Changbin quickly ran over to grab the bar before Jisung was crushed under it's weight, "Almost lost you there."
"What are you doing working out on your own anyways?" Chan asked, "We always work out together."
"Sorry," Jisung apologised, out of breath, as he sat up to drink some water, "Thanks for the save, but I think I should get going now."
"Oh, okay, see you later then," said Chan.
Changbin watched Jisung walk out in concern and gave Chan an excuse to leave for a few minutes.
"Han, hold up!" Changbin ran after the younger.
"For someone who practically lives at the gym, you're really unfit," Jisung raised an eyebrow at Changbin who was huffing and puffing.
"Cardio isn't really my thing," said Changbin before asking what was up with Jisung.
"What do you mean?" Jisung asked.
"What happened to you?" Changbin asked, his gaze softening at the sight of the younger looking so unlike his usual bubbly self, "Han, I know I don't show it much, but I really do care about you. I worry about you all the time. I love you like a real brother and I want you to know that you can come to me whenever you're struggling, okay?"
Jisung just smiled at Changbin, afraid that he would break down into tears if he said anything in response.
Changbin noticed and didn't hesitate to step forward and wrap his arms around Jisung, completely engulfing him in his warm embrace.
Jisung's eyes winded in surprise. He never thought he would actually get Changbin to hug him.
He smiled as he wrapped his arms back around the older and buried his face into the crook of his neck, breaking down into tears.
Changbin smiled, not because Jisung was crying, but because he wasn't holding it in anymore.
"I'm here as long as you need me," Changbin said as he held Jisung until he calmed down.

"Hey, Hyun, the directors are treating us to drinks to celebrate all our hard work," Felix called out to Hyunjin who hadn't left his room in a few days, "You coming?"
Felix took the silence as a no.
"It's okay. I'll let them know you're still not feeling well," Felix said with a frown as he left. He hated that his friend was in such a slump and he didn't know how to help or why he was so upset.
The last time anyone had seen Hyunjin like this was..
"When Jisung left for Malaysia," said Minho.
"What? You think he's like this because Jisung moved out?" Felix asked.
"Come on, they hate each other," said Jeongin, "If anything, Hyunjin's probably over the moon about Jisung leaving. What do you think, Seungmin?"
"Hm?" Seungmin looked at his friends confused, "Sorry, I was just looking into Jisung's boyfriend. Felix, you know him personally, right?"
"Kind of, why?" Felix asked.
"I don't know, there's something about him that just doesn't sit right with me," Seungmin said, "Anyways, what we're you saying?"
"What's your view on this whole Han/Hwang situation?"
"Oh, they're both completely in love and too stupid to admit it," Seungmin said causing his friends to go silent for a moment before bursting out into laughter.
"Oh, Seungmin, you funny guy, you really do come up with the most absurd things,"

Hyunjin lay in his bed, staring out of his window at the night city, wondering what it would have been like if he had never pursued modelling. Would he have been a dancer? Or perhaps an artist? Would he have ever met Han Jisung?
As thoughts flooded his head, Hyunjin decided to take out his phone and scroll through Instagram. Sometimes mindlessly scrolling through social media isn't so bad.
As he was stalking some friends and colleagues, Hyunjin somehow found himself coming across Jisung's account. His most recent post of what looked like a closed book in an airport captioned, "End of the story."
Panicked, Hyunjin shot up in bed and called Jisung's number without thinking, but froze when he heard his voice on the other side of the phone.
"Hello?"
Hyunjin just sat in silence as Jisung repeated the word 'hello' until Hyunjin cut the call.
'Why am I so worried?' He thought to himself, 'He can do whatever he wants.'
//
"That's weird," said Jisung.
"Who was it?" asked Junwoo.
"I don't know, they just cut the call," Jisung replied, "I could just hear breathing on the other end."
"It was probably just a prank caller, don't worry about it," said Junwoo, pulling Jisung into a cuddle, but the younger couldn't help but think the call might have been important.
