Mach x Pilby - A god's guide to motherhood

Chapter 1 - The finding out/2 weeks

Over the past week or two,Mach has been,not the best,Mach thought she might've caught a fever or something,she gave it the first week and yet she's still sick.

Now,she's been slowly getting these urges,urges to eat certain foods,from apples to anything sweet,Mach never had a sweet tooth,so it came to the players as a shock when she was up in the living quarters,eating a candy bar.

Pilby had became concerned over Mach's health,urging her to let him take care of her,Mach would mostly utter she was fine though,work couldn't wait forever.

The last end of her straw,was when DRRETRO asked her if she could think of conception was a possibility,Mach scoffed at the question,she couldn't have,had she?,yes she had been active a week ago with Pilby,but they're not the same ends of one another,yes a hybrid was possible,but Mach's body was mostly ruined,so Mach would believe it was a surprise if she was.

Mach decided to roll the dice,buying a pregnancy test,doing it's instructions,Pilby sat in Mach's desk chair waiting,Mach wanted Pilby to be there in case,he needed to know,Mach wasn't gonna lie to him,she wouldn't risk eventually having to stare at Pilby,baby in arms,and explain he was now a dad,the sudden shock to the news to Pilby would be brutal.

Mach put the test down on her desk,the pregnancy test halfway done,one line showing,all they needed to see was if there was another.

Pilby stared up at Mach,she looked..scared.

Pilby lifted one arm,which Mach grabbed softly,thumb tracing over his,holding hands they looked back at it.

...A faint but positive line.

Pilby wanted to scream,scream out of shock? scream out of happiness? Pilby let out a small eep causing Mach to turn her head towards him.

Mach looked at him and he hugged her,Mach accepted the hug as she knelt down to embrace him.

Mach walked around the officeOF room as Pilby watched her pregnancy test in and displaying a non-faint full on positive pregnancy test,many things plagued Mach's head.

Did Pilby's species come in litter's?,was she going to carry more then one?,could her body handle having a baby?,was Pilby and Mach really ready for it?

They still had more then enough time to think,she was still very early to make any brash decisions she might regret later,she'll think about it when the time comes.

Pilby watched Mach walk around,he fidgeted with a fidget toy,trying to help keep his mind composed,Pilby knew how stressful it was for the both of them,stressful for him,for her.

Pilby shuttered at the thought of Mach going too far. pushing her limits,she was able to handle herself,but he wanted her to rest,take it easy.

"Mach?" Pilby asked watching as Mach turned to him pregnancy test in hand.

"Do..you really want this child?" Pilby said.

Mach stared thinking for a moment...thinking before nodding,she wanted this baby,maybe her cousin Mac could take over for a while,before both Mach and Pilby worked something out together who does what,and Mach could have time to 'bond' with said child till they were fully capable to be cared with Pilby while she worked,or Mach watch them while Pilby was in the elevator.

Pilby smiled and walked over again holding her hand,Mach felt something she couldn't before.

Hope.

"I want to help you the best i can Mach" Pilby said lower arms fidgeting "the best i can".

Mach hummed as she picked him up planting a kiss on the catapillar,everything for now can wait except for one thing.

She needed to tract her symptoms,her progression once she starts showing and most of all,keep track on the baby's health.

She could ask DRRETRO the cat doctor would be amazing help towards them,but how would she ask? how would she tell everyone? she cant take break and vanish.

Mach watched as the cat inspected her,her stomach,her metal plates,her wiring everything.

DRRETRO meowed as she looked for her next thing to poke with,an ultrasound machine.

Pouring the cool jelly on Mach she shuttered watching as DRRETRO prodded the wand to her lower sides,where her uterus was.

Nothing was there of course,she was far too early till she saw her baby yet,DRRETRO trilled and chirped which Mach understood her as just saying everything looked healthy and she'll see her at the 9 week mark,DRRETRO gave her some medicine to help with the morning sickness and just a necessity to make sure the baby stays healthy as it grows.

Mach stared at the bottle before smelling something....sweet too sweet that made her mouth water,locating it and buying a chocolate freshly made waffle,Mach was pleased with herself,making sure not to scoff the whole bloody thing down and save some for Pilby,as well as buying some apples for him.

Mach couldn't stop staring at her stomach,would her body adjust to it naturally? or would she have to modify herself to help fit.

When she got home she was happily greeted by Pilby,showing off little stuff he made while she was away,eating the leftover waffle,and looking through the results that RETRO had stated.

Pilby placed a hand on Mach's stomach causing Mach to hum to his curiosity,Pilby was small,not that short around to the bottom of Mach's breasts/top of her waist,but small enough,so he could imagine how the baby could be heavy for Mach to carry,all being 2 or 3,Pilby's species did come in litter's but Mach was human so it could be a possibility she's only conceived one,Pilby surprisingly didn't want to deal with 2 or 3 semi-huge baby's he would be overwhelmed and overstimulated.

Pilby watched as Mach got up,hand over her mouth and the dreadful look of wanting to vomit,her morning sickness was hell Pilby thought,it wouldn't go away and mostly lingered until Mach slept or Pilby managed to massage her stomach to help it go away.

Pilby knew Mach was most likely going to have a hard pregnancy,her body and her powers were to strong and her body wasn't designed for it,but Pilby will help.

The best way he could.

(HEYYYYY IT'S ME AGAIN new fanfic whoop whoop,don't want to leave ya'll starving for a week or two just to make a new one,like i said i suggest you read my first one otherwise some things won't make sense!,and yes Mach is only having the one,i hope you enjoy me on this ride while Mach and Pilby slowly get ready for parenthood hehe)
