*YEJIS POV*
It was a Saturday night, it was one of our busiest, I looked around sighing, looking at the busy bar, as I flipped and tossed drinks in the air trying to impress our paying customers, handing out drinks like there was no tomorrow.
"Hey love what can I get you?" I said with a beaming smile.
"I'm not too sure. But I'll surely start with your number." a random man said as he stared me up and down.
"Sorry not interested," I said still with my bright smile.
"I can treat you right though... Give you a night you will never forget." He said with a smirk.
"Didn't you hear her the first time.." A voice who ascended from the bright lights of the club
"Who are you to just come into our conversation like this." The man said with a sneering look.
"I would watch your tone if you don't want things to end up convoluted." She said with a smirk, it's like she wanted to fight.
"Whatever" He uttered with a scoff, as he walked away. This woman, I don't what about her.. But she's just so astounding
She looked at me with a smile. "People are just so horrible these days, right?" She said, her smile could light up this room, we don't need these bright lights when she's here.
"Are you alright?" She asked as I looked at her confused
"You're staring at my lips." She grinned, staring into my eyes.
I snapped out of it. "Would you like anything to drink?" I quickly stated
"Nah, I think I'm alright, I'm just going to go ahead and go... Nice seeing you Yeji." I stood there confused as I wondered.
"How did she know my name?! Why would she help me?!" I uttered then I remembered I had a name tag. I facepalmed, the time was 10:30 pm so I guess it was a reasonable time to go home, as I continued to serve drinks.
The time was 12:05 we stopped serving drinks 5 minutes ago, and as I was cleaning up the area and wiping down the counters, I tied up the trash, with the empty cups and dirty cups and plates. As I went through the exit that led outside to where the dumpster was, I held the garbage tightly, as I saw too many people in this alleyway, which was normal, usually here at night, two people slobbering over themselves touching each one as they would never see the light of day. which I didn't mind, it wasn't my business.
But right as I was about to go back inside one of them dropped to the floor. As the other person made direct eye contact with me, I got scared and quickly and safely went back inside.
"What just happened?" I mumbled to myself, looking around, and then I shook it off, I had to finish my job, of cleaning, then I saw her. She walked back into the bar, with a steaming glare at me, not going to lie. I was terrified.
"Yeji.. Can you come here real quick?" She conveyed.
"I just finished so I guess it's ok.." I thought, still a little shaken from what I just saw.
"I'm sorry." She said with a sincere look.
"For what?" I said confused, then my eyes started to get heavy as I fell back.
