The fight started with Re-Destro shooting a purple-ish black ball of energy at Gaster. However, Gaster blocked it with a green shield that was producedby a disembodied hand with a green hole.

Re-Destro was beginning to get angry that Gaster blocked it so easily. He then started to get bigger.
Gaster: How interesting. It seems that negative emotions such as stress, anger, and frustration is what has you increase your size.
Gaster then noticed that Re-Destro's artificial legs were the same.
Gaster then dodged a punch from Re-Destro and shot a Gaster Blaster at him. Causing him to shout in pain and back up.
Gaster: But it appears that artificial limbs can't be affected by your quirk. Am I correct?
Re-Destro started to grow bigger and shot another purple-ish black ball of energy at Gaster. But he just remained calm and dodged it. Gaster then ran up to Re-Destro and spawned a bunch of white dots around him.

The dots then turned orange and caused massive explosions around Re-Destro. When he got up, he got even bigger.
