Sans started out the fight by using his telekinesis to force Toga down. In surprise, she didn't notice all the bones that popped up and she was nearly impaled. Lucky for her, she noticed just in time to get up and avoid the bones. But it did scrape her leg.
Toga: Gah! 'That was unexpected!'
Sans then stopped using his telekinesis and summoned a bunch of bones that Toga narrowly avoided.
Toga: Phew. That was-WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT?!?!?!

Sans summoned his Gaster Blaster and then summoned three more and fired at Toga. She dodged it but was unprepared for another four Gaster Blasters hitting her dead on in a X formation. He then summoned four more and blasted the area around her in a square formation. She managed to dodge it but was then blasted by two giant Gaster Blasters.
Toga: GAH!
Sans: Huh. Always wondered why people never used their strongest attack first.
Toga: Get ready to die!
Toga then tries to slash Sans but...

Sans: What? You think I'm just gonna stand there and take it?
Sans then turned Toga's soul blue. He then summoned multiple lines of bones that Toga had to jump over. But she kept hitting her head by jumping too high and hitting the bones that were just above the safe opening.
Toga then attacks Sans again. But he dodges.
Sans: Y'know. I've noticed something strange about all the corpses that we found. None of them were laying in a puddle of their own blood. Like someone licked it clean like a kid would with dessert.
Sans then sent a bunch of bones at Toga but she dodged them with ease. But then she spotted a blue bone and tried to destroy it...but it instead passed right through her. But it hurt tremendously.
