They got back from shopping, they were both exhausted from the trip. They had multiple bags in their hands, they dropped the bags at the door, "Sweetheart, we will sort them out tomorrow." Mia picked up Charlotte gently wrapping her legs around her waist, she started singing to her. Charlotte drifted off to sleep, still in her arms.
Mia placed Charlotte on the bed while pulling the covers over her. She kissed her head and hopped in the shower, Charlotte started to toss and turn of the absence of Mia. "Miaaaaa-come back." Mia turned her head worried Charlotte was in trouble.
She decided not to have a shower and just take off her dress, leaving her in her bra and underwear. She slid into bed and snuggled next to Charlotte, "You not close enough!" "Sweetheart, I'm literally on top of you!"
They both giggled, Mia rolled off Charlotte and snuggled next to her, They kissed each other good night and, headed to bed.
They woke up next morning, they rolled out of bed both with a headache. "Morning, Sweetheart." Charlotte looked at Mia while kissing her softly. Mia walked over to Charlottes side of the bed, holding her head in pain. She picked Charlotte up wrapping her legs around her waist and Charlotte held Mia's neck.
Mia brought Charlotte downstairs and put her on the sofa, She hurried to find a blanket. "I'm colddddd," Charlotte said while shivering. "Hang on sweetheart!"
Mia found a blanket and threw it over Charlotte making her stop shivering.
"Come back!" Charlotte was complaining while laying down, "Sweetheart, I'm making you breakfast." Charlotte opened her arm gesturing she wanted Mia to hug her, "I don't care!" Charlotte instantly replied.
Mia walked over and snuggled with Charlotte kissing her face all over. They both got comfy with each others presence and both fell back asleep holding each other.
Mia woke up and found Charlotte was sweating but she wasn't awake, she was shaking and letting out soft screams. Mia knew it wasn't time to touch Charlotte but she wrapped her arms around her, making her feel safe in her arms.
Charlotte soon enough jolted up sweating and panting for air, "Sweetheart what happened?" Mia asked as soon as her eyes opened "it's my Ex-Husband, He wa-" Her voice faded as she zoned out, she grabbed onto Mia tightening her grip as more time went on.
"NO-" Charlotte screamed before she could wake back up, Mia pulled Charlotte over to the counter top and placing her on it. She grabbed her face gently pulling it in for multiple kisses, "Come here, Sweetheart." She whispered in her ear.
"I can't, I'm scared-" Charlotte excused herself going to the toilet. she grabbed a razor and slowly slid her sleeve up, she made contact with the razor and her skin slowly sliding it into her flesh. She pulled away, her blood running out of the slit. She did it a few more times.
Charlotte fell to her knees crying, she never thought she was good enough for Mia.
Mia ran to the bathroom door when she heard Charlottes cries, "Sweetheart, let me in." Charlotte tried to clean her cuts up before Mia let herself in. Mia let herself in while Charlotte tried to grab a plaster and shove it on, Mia saw Charlottes arms and quickly fell to the ground. Crawling over to Charlotte, she pulled her into her arms. "What happened? Sweetheart!"
"I'm sorry I relapsed!" Charlotte said in a shaky voice, Mia looked at Charlotte shocked it wasn't her first time cutting. She pulled the razor out of Charlottes hand making sure she didn't do it again, and pulled her in close to her chest protecting her.
Mia walked out to the living room with Charlotte in her hands, Mia sat down and called Reece and Marjorie. "Reece, Marjorie I need you to come round and keep an eye on Charlotte." "We will be there in 5!" Reece replied.
5 Minutes later
Mia was still holding Charlotte in her arms worried while Charlotte cried into her chest. They heard a knock on the door, It was Marjorie and Reece. "Marjorie can you not walk by yourself?"
"No not today." Marjorie replied looking at Reece with a grin.
"Come in, Come in!"
Reece carried Marjorie in while she buried her head in his book in between his head and shoulder, Reece was grabbing her thigh and she was letting out quiet moans in his ear. He sat down on the sofa with Marjorie still on him, Marjorie tried to tilt her head up. She did it slowly.
"How can we help?" Asked Reece, "I just need you to keep any eye on Charlotte for 15 minutes, while I'm gone!" Reece nodded his head, Marjorie was still buried in his book.
Mia came back in a hurry with a box and a lock, "You 2 can go into the spare bedroom, get a room!" Charlotte giggled to herself, Reece just rolled his eyes while Marjorie was still on him. Reece walked to the spare room with Marjorie still in his arms.
"Sweetheart are you able to walk upstairs?" Charlotte nodded her head as she stumbled her way up the steps.
Mia ran into bathroom and grabbed all the r@zors and the kn!fes from the kitchen, shoving them into the box and locking it. She shoved the key into her bra, "Sweetheart you can come back down!"
Mia could hear commotion coming from the spare bedroom, anyways, Charlotte came down with plasters on her arms where she had recently cut herself.
"Marjorie and Reece you can go home now!" Reece came out with Marjorie flung over his shoulder, panting for air. "Ugh get a room!" Mia said disgusted. "We did you made us come out early!" Reece said with a smirk.
They walked out the door, And Mia sat down with Charlotte, she pulled her into her arms making Charlottes head fall onto her lap. Mia started stroking her nose softly sending her to sleep.
