Mei let out a deep breath as Ten just handed her the glass of water, seemingly not bothered by the revelation or by the fact that she had found out. She considered apologizing but he seemed to catch on to the guilt.

Ten: Its fine. Not a lot of people know. And from the ones who do, only one other person gives me an ounce of respect if anything. It's Kun if you're wondering.

A sudden realization hit Mei. The way YangYang always snickered around Ten and seemed to disregard him at every given chance now made sense. But that only led her to have another conclusion.

Mei: Then the phantom...

He looked over at her and spared her a smile.

Ten: Could be after me too. But he did say there was only one royal left. And I'm only part royal blood. Our highness, is pure unlike me. He would probably be the only target. But if the Phantom chooses me... I'll probably allow it.

Mei: ... Why?

Ten: Because I have a duty to our future king. If he agrees to have me sacrificed... I can't really say no. And even if I wanted to, the court won't allow it.

He chuckled but Mei didn't have any heart to make this conversation light hearted. She was worried. For the friends she made, for the fellow workers that she had come to respect so much.

Mei: I wouldn't want you to die... I don't want anyone to die.

He chuckled again.

Ten: Of course you don't. You, my lady, are on of the nicest people I've met. Its not easy to maintain a kind heart with good intentions in such a corrupted world. I admire it. I admire you.

Mei felt heat rush to her cheeks. Ten muttered something but when she turned to him he acted like he said nothing but a smile remained hovering on his lips.

Kun watched with a worried look as the royal moved across his study searching through the drawers and cabinets.

Kun: A will?

YangYang: I'm dying anyways- Where do you keep your paper?!

Kun: Sir its on my desk. With my ink pen.

YangYang: Okay... okay.

He sat down and took in a deep breath. His shaky hand took the pen, but the longer he sat there staring at the paper, nothing happened.

YangYang: Did my mother have one?

Kun: Since the King's death.

YangYang: What does is it say?

Kun: Everything goes to you. Even what Sir Ten had owned, thanks to the King's will, previously.

YangYang: What did he own?
