Steve Rogers was hitting a punching bag in a gym. He has several flashbacks of World War Two. During his flashbacks..."There's not enough time. I gotta put her in the water." He recalled himself telling Peggy.... he hits the bag harder, faster... "You won't be alone." He heard Peggy voiced.

Steve smile sadly at hearing her voice.

...he hits the bag even faster. "Oh my God. This guy's still alive." A scientist exclaimed.

Steve throws the hardest punch he has left and it knocks the bag across the room. Breathing hard, Steve picks up another bag from a line on the floor and hangs it up. He begins to hit it. And-

"Woah!" The witches and wizards shouted, surprised at his strength.

"Damn you are strong." Blaise said.

"Trouble sleeping?" A voice called out behind him.

"Slept for seventy years, Sir. I think I've had my fill." Steve replied as he continued punching the bag.

"How is that possible?!" The witches and wizards shouted in disbelief.

"What kind of magic did you use my dear man?" Dumbledore asked.

Tony rolled his eyes. "It's science, not magic."

Dumbledore frowned at the simple answered, still believing it was some kind of magic.

Fury slowly approaches Steve.

"Then you should be out, celebrating, seeing the world." Fury said.

"When I went under, the world was at war. I wake up- they say we won. They didn't say what we lost." Steve said, as he started to remove the wraps around his hands.

"We've made some mistakes along the way, some very recently."

"You here with a mission, Sir?" Steve asked.

"I am."

"Trying to get me back in the world?"

"Trying to save it." Fury said as he hands Steve a folder. Steve opens it and read about the Tesseract.

"HYDRA's secret weapon." Steve said.

"Howard Stark fished that out of the ocean when he was looking for you. He thought what we think. The Tesseract could be the key to unlimited sustainable energy. That's something the world sorely needs." Fury told Steve.

"Who took it from you?" Steve asked.

"He's called Loki. He's- not from around here. There's a lot we'll have to bring you up to speed on if you're in. The world has gotten even stranger than you already know." Fury explained.

"At this point I doubt anything would surprise me." Steve shot back as he gets up and grabs his duffel bag, and another punching bag.

"Ten bucks says you're wrong." Fury said, as Steve started walking away. "There's a debriefing packet waiting for you back at your apartment. Is there anything you can tell us about the Tesseract that we ought to know now?"

"Never bet with Fury." Clint said, knowing well that was a losing bet.

"Yeah Clint here know all about losing bet." Natasha said jokingly, knowing well that Clint lost a bet with Nick and even with her and Diana. Clint playfully glare at her.

"You should have left it in the ocean." Steve then walked out of the gym.

"I still stand by my statement." Steve said.
