All of the nurses had been invited to a party in one of the fanciest hotels in Hawii. They were leaving today. They all received invitations to a so-called "elegant yet memorable party." Wich to them ment getting absolutely shit faced, but of course a decent woman wouldn't reveal that. Danny had taken her on a nice dinner date the night before, so they woke up early to help each other pack and get ready.

"Which dress should i wear the blue or the red?" She asked him, looking in the mirror while Danny tried to fit all of his stuff in his bag. He looked up to inspect the dresses. "The red it suits your body shape more."  She walked back over to the bed and began folding the dress. Danny walked up behind her, moving her long brunette hair to one side. She felt his warm hands wrap around her waist and his head placed in the crook of her neck. "Danny Walker, what are you up to." She said, laughing a little. He softly kissed her neck. She turned around and placed a rough kiss on his lips he picked her up and placed her on the bed. He began to unbutton her blouse. She removed his shirt. He pushed the suitcases off the bed and then moved Angelika so she was lying down. He moved his hands down her waist, pulling down her skirt. He slowly moved from kissing her lips down to her torso down to her inner thighs. Angelika threw her head back as quiet moans escaped her mouth. She ran her hands through his hair. He sat up and said, "You're teasing me, Angelika Fritz." She jumped off the bed, smiling. She pushed him down and pulled his trousers off. She went up and down teasing him. She sat on top of him, feeling him inside her, and made her feel like she had never felt before. She bent her neck down and kissed his neck. He picked her up and pinned her against the bed. He didn't stop until she was practically screaming his name.

Evelyn was beaming when Angelika found her on the train. Angelika sat next to her and handed her some chocolates. "Oo fancy kind who got you these, I wonder." Evelyn teased. Ever since she met Danny and Rafe and became friends with Evelyn, people at work have been speaking to her. Everyone loves Evelyn, and for a good reason, she has a kinda heart and beautiful hair, face, body, and everything. Some of the other nurses came and joined them. Angelika tried to start small talk, but she wasn't that good at it, so Evelyn would always assist her. "So where are you from, Angelika?" Candice asked. Candice was your typical blonde. Got a lot of male attention, not too smart, but her kindness makes up for it. "All over the place, really. I was born in Germany but moved to England when I was 1 with my mother, father, and my brothers. After my father died me and my mother and I moved back, but my brothers stayed for work. After my mother died when I was 12, I moved in with my aunt, and then I was stationed on the western front in 1915." They all looked shocked. Most of them have your typical American dream. Having happily married parents and a few siblings. "How did your father and mother die?" Candice asked, looking as lost as an unknown river. "Oh, my father was in a gang and was shot and killed, and my mother had an illness. I'm not sure what it was." They changed the topic to their husbands and boyfriends. Angelika sat there zoning out, eventually falling asleep. The bad thing about falling asleep was the night terrors she often had. They would usually consist of her reliving Albert, Trajen, Kat, and Paul's deaths. Her most recent episode was 2 weeks ago. Danny had gone out to get some food and came back to her screaming and crying in her sleep. She had warned Evelyn about it just in case, but she was distracted talking about Rafe.

Angelika had just finished reading the letter from her brother. Paul walked over, placing his hand on her lower back. "Are you ok, meine liebe." He whispered, wiping her tears away. She looked up at him, trying to force a smile. "I'm fine, gutaussehend, don't worry." He pulled her into a tight hug and then led her over to where all the others were. "Look, Angelikas here." Albert gleamed. "The one and only." She laughed. She sat down next to Paul on a bench. They were peeling potato's for dinner that night. Angelika had escaped the duty of holding men down while they got their limbs chopped off. It wasn't a job for someone with a weak stomach. Franz stood up and walked over to the edge of a field. There were 3 women who worked on a nearby farm. Franz fixed his hat and ran over to the women. He started dancing around like a fool. They all burst out laughing at the sight of it. "The black haired maiden is for me." Albert yelled, laughing. Franz picked up a bag of crops, and suddenly, everyone stopped laughing and looked disappointed. Franz came running back over. "Well done dickhead." Angelika muttered. Her and Franz weren't as close as the others but yet they argued like siblings. "Shut up atleast I'm actually doing something unlike you." Angelika just rolled her eyes and mimicked him. "Right well I better be off. Got limbs to chop off." Angelika used humour to cope. She always has ever since her father died.

Later that night, Angelika had decided to stay in the boys' bunk that night. She shared a bed with Paul. Right as they were about to sleep, Franz walked in. "Where have you been. You almost got us killed trying to cover for you." Franz rolled his eyes and began to take his jacket off. "I was on a date. Thank you very much." Angelika burst out laughing. "Sorry, that's just really hard to believe. You? On a date?" Franz flipped her off and then handed a handkerchief to Paul. "Smell it." Paul looked hesitant, but he did. "What's her name?" He asked, handing the handkerchief to Albert. "Elodie. She bathes twice a day. She has long dark hair and milky white skin and breasts." He laughed. Angelika couldn't help but be disgusted.

Evelyn shook Angelika awake. "Wake up were here." Some she had managed to sleep for 7 hours straight. She grabbed her bags and stepped off the train. They looked down the platform to see Danny. She ran over and wrapped her hands around his neck. He picked her up so her legs were around his torso. "I miss you." He smiled, kissing her on the cheek. "I missed you too." He placed her back on her feet. He offered his arm to her and she wrapped her hand around it. They waked to their new apartment.

Angelika was in the bathroom doing her hair while Danny was unpacking their stuff. He went into her work bag and found the letter from Tommy. He decided to hide it in his bedside table. They left for the party hand in hand. The hotel where the party was taking place was one of the most elegant and rich hotels in Hawii. Everyone that had been stationed at Pearl Harbour was invited. They were all escorted to an extravagant ballroom with a bar, music, and what Angelika called 'fancy schwielen', which just meant fancy bellends. She had never been fond of rich people. She thought they were spoilt and needed everyone to worship them, which pissed her off. Danny wasn't much of a dancer. However, Angelika loved dancing. Her, Danny, Rafe, and Evelyn sat at a booth. Angelika left to get everyone drinks. "Evelyn has Angelika ever mentioned a man called Thomas Shelby or Paul to you." He asked fiddling with a coaster. "No. Not that I can think of. She mentioned that her boyfriend died at war but that's it why?" Evelyn wasn't aware of everything that happened to Angelika. "I was staying round hers a few weeks ago, and I found a box. It had old war clothes, flower petals, letters, and a handkerchief in it. When I opened one of the letters, she broke down and told me about her boyfriend called Paul, who died during the war. But I was unpacking our bags earlier and I found another letter. I didn't have time to read it, but I was addressed to 'Korin Fritz' from Thomas Shelby.' She never mentioned a Thomas." Evelyn and Rafe looked at eachother confused. "Look Danny don't worry about it he's probably an old friend. I don't get why he called her Korin though that's abit weird. Maybe just ask her about it. Don't let it ruin your night." Danny nodded his head and stayed quiet when Angelika came back. She placed their drinks down and let out a small laugh. They all stared at her as if she just chucked their drinks on them. "What? Why do you all look so mad." She asked, laughing nervously. "Nothin just drink." Rafe said. Angelika rolled her eyes and picked up her drink. "If you're gonna be weird, I'll go drink somewhere else." She grabbed her purse and walked off and sat at the bar. "Fuck me she has a short temper." Rafe complained downing the rest if his drink.

Danny was quiet for the rest of the evening her had been watching Angelika from across the room dancing the whole night. He didn't know how he was supposed to believe that she wasn't cheating, but deep down, he knew she wasn't like that and that she'd already been through enough. He looked around for Angelika, but she had disappeared. He went to ask Evelyn where she had gone. "Oh, she went outside for some fresh air." Danny ran outside to find Angelika sat on the floor an absolute mess. "Common princess time to go home." He picked her up off the floor and brought her home. "Noo, we didn't get to danceee." She muttered. "I don't dance hun." As soon as they got to the house, she collapsed on the sofa. Danny decided it was best to leave her and go to sleep, too.
