Chapter 1.

"Lauren wake up, you're gonna be late for school!", mom screamed from downstairs.

"Coming!", I screamed back from my room. Ever since school started my mom has been so anxious about me doing my homework and getting to school in time. It could be 6 in the morning and she is already hurrying me up.

I go downstairs to get breakfast and Andrea, my sister, is already eating.

Andrea is my beautiful, talented, hot, popular sister. She's 18 but she still doesn't drive. My parents don't trust her that much.

"Lauren why did you take so much to get ready? You're supposed to be at the bus stop at 7:50", she said to me. I roll up my eyes and start to eat breakfast. It was only a toast with butter and cheese since my family isn't in a good economic state. Since my dad's death in 2014, because of cancer, everything isn't the same. From economic to mental issues.

"Go! It's late!", Andrea said. Snapping me out of my thoughts.

I get on the bus and people are already calling me names and trying to make me fall. I always seat on the front of the bus, I don't feel comfortable sitting on the back. We arrived at school after a long 20 minutes of laughter coming from the back.

"Lauren!", my best friend yell at me.

"Yara!", I yell back. Yara is my best friend, more like a sister to me. She's beautiful. She has brown hair with blonde streaks and dark brown eyes. She's pale like the milk, but with killer eyebrows. Unlike Yara, I have green eyes, light brown hair with a natural touch of blonde, freckles all over my face and pale skin. Some girls say I'm pretty, but I still think I'm the ugliest girl in the world.

"Come on we are gonna be late for first period", Yara said. Ugh, first period is math. I hate math.

"Chill I'm coming", I respond.

4 hours later I'm done with morning classes, so I'm sitting at the back of the school with Yara in a big tree eating lunch and hanging like monkeys. Yes, we act like 6th graders. After playing around we seat and talked for a while.

"Okay so, Yara, you know that I don't have any friends, only you. Well, days ago I started thinking about joining a page where I can meet people"

"That sounds like a great idea, you should do it", she says.

"Really? I thought it was a stupid idea."

"How could it be a stupid idea?", she said to me.

"I don't know", and we both started laughing.

After 2 hours of classes we are out. I said bye to Yara, and started walking back home.
I arrived home and mom isn't there since she's at work. My sister is probably out with friends, so I thought to myself it was the perfect time to join the page.

I run upstairs, drop everything on the bed and pick up my computer. I put every inch of information needed and I'm in.
