Chapter nineteen
"Siren" I hear Stiles whisper through my half open window
"You know my mums dead, she can't hate you anymore, the front door is always available" I walk over to him
"Siren!" He gasps
"What?"
"Dead mum jokes already? It's been a few days since her funeral"
"Oh yeah obviously" I say before opening my window fully
"So, what did you pull up for this time?" I ask as he climbs in
"Lydia's gone"
"What? What do you mean she's gone?" I ask
"I mean she's gone, she left the hospital and no one's been able to find her"
"You don't think she's...." My voice trails off
"She got bit! There's a possibility, Peter told me that if the bite doesn't kill her, it will turn her"
"Oh fuck, right meet me outside, i'll be out in two minutes, i'm using a front door, incase you don't know what they are" I say before putting on my shoes
I run downstairs
"I'm away out!" I call out
"Hold on there sweetheart" My granda says
"Yeah?" I question
"Where are you going?" He asks
"Just out, with a friend"
"What friend? Can i meet him?"
"Yeah i guess so" I say before going outside, Stiles is waiting
"Hurry up!" He yells
"Wait a minute, my granda wants to meet you" I say nervously as my grandad comes out
"I'm Gerard" He says putting his hand out for Stiles to shake
"Stiles... uh Stiles Stilinksi"
"Sheriffs son?"
"That's the one" Stiles says
"Right well i assume you will keep her safe" Gerard backs up from him
"Of course" Stiles nods before Gerard goes back into the house
I hop into Stiles car
"So where are we going?" I ask
"The woods"
"Do we always have to go there, you don't know the amount of trauma i have, getting kidnapped, shooting Parker, mum dying...." I name
"Should we go look somewhere else then?" He asks
"Stiles i'm joking, i don't care if we go there" I giggle
