"Good morning, Ishan," Mayank greeted as Ishan approached him and Rishabh in the class.
"Kahe ki good morning?!" Ishan grumbled, flopping on the seat, "When the first thing you see in the morning is that idiot's face, your morning's not good anymore,"
"I'm so loving your misery, dude," Rishabh muttered, laughing while Ishan glared at him.
"And I call these idiots my friends, people," Ishan drawled dramatically, rolling his eyes.
"Hey, maine kya kiya?" Mayank exclaimed, offended.
-
"Hey, bro," Abhishek smiled, approaching his friend in the college cafeteria, "How's your day going so far?"
Shubman huffed, "My days had been nothing but misery filled since the moment I started sharing rooms with Ishan kishan,"
Abhishek laughed, prompting Shubman to glare at him.
"Haa, haa, hasle beta, tere ko to tera maal mil gya. Tujhe kya farak padega ki main yaha torture ho raha hu," Shubman mumbled, rolling his eyes.
"Accha, sorry, sorry."
-
"Hey, Gill," Ishan muttered as he entered his dorm room.
Shubman looked up from his laptop, raising an eyebrow at him.
"It's Mayank's birthday today and he told me invite you to the club with us," Ishan said, rummaging through his closet for something to wear. Even though I so don't want you to come. He thought.
"Abhishek is coming too." He added.
Shubman looked at him for a minute before finally muttering an "Okay."
-
"Shubman Gill, can you turn off the fucking lights?" Ishan hissed, glaring holes into Shubman's skull, "I'm trying to sleep for fuck's sake,"
"Close your damn eyes, asshole," Shubman replied, not looking up from his book.
"You- I'm gonna kill you!" Ishan seethed.
"I would've turned it off if you asked nicely, now it's gonna stay on the whole night," Shubman replied, blowing him a kiss.
"You're so fucking annoying," Ishan grumbled as he got up from his bed, turning the lights off himself.
"Ishan- you!"
-
"Yes, baccha. Chachu will come to visit you soon," Ishan smiled as he heard his nephew on the other line.
"Pakka, bahut jald-"
"Ishan, can you speak a little lower?" Shubman sighed, looking up at Ishan from his laptop, "I'm trying to study,"
Ishan looked at him, covering his speakers as he mouthed "Fuck you," to Shubman while sticking out his middle finger.
Shubman chuckled, "You also don't have the chance, darling,"
Ishan laughed, rolling his eyes as he went to the balcony.
-
"No, Ishan, your theory is stupid. Let me do it," Shubman mumbled, snatching the notepad from Ishan's hand.
Ishan gasped dramatically, looking at Shubman with an offended face, "How dare you call my theory stupid, you giant pole?"
"Did you just called me a giant pole?"
"Yeah, I called a giant pole a giant pole," Ishan replied, emphasising on each word.
"Atleast I don't need a stool to reach the top shelf in the library," Shubman huffed.
