It's a sequel for memories, people. Can't be read as a stand alone. Hope you like it.

"Shubman, let's go have lunch," Ishan mumbled, closing his file and turning to Shubman with a bright smile.
Shubman turned off his laptop as well, matching his smile as he always did, "What did you bring for me today?"
"Rajma chawal," Ishan grinned.
"God, I love rajma chawal," Shubman muttered, almost squealing. Specially the one made by you.
"You told me that," Ishan said, chuckling at the adorable human infront of him, "That's the reason I bought it,"
"You're the best," Shubman smiled brightly.
"I know," Ishan winked, getting up from his seat and grabbing Shubman hand, "Let's go,"
Shubman glanced down at their hands, his face heating up a bit. Ishan's touch, as always, made him feel all warm and fuzzy from inside, it was like the touch had a healing effect in it, always managing to soothe Shubman's heart and stop it from bleeding as much.
They took a seat on their usual table, apparently Mayank had been transferred to an another department so now it was just the two of them. Honestly Shubman loved being able to spend time with Ishan but sometimes it also got a bit overwhelming, seeing Ishan so close and not being able to pull him into a hug and hold him close, it really got him at the edge of crying sometimes.
For Ishan, it didn't took much time to get very comfortable with Shubman, his presence always made him feel warm, protected and at ease. It was actually surprising how much he liked Shubman's company, to the point he wanted to, craved to be with him all the time.
Well, guess what? You might not remember someone, but the heart never forgets the people it loved, that too with as much intensity and passion with which Ishan loved Shubman.
"God, Shubman, you're so funny," Ishan laughed, clutching his stomach.
Shubman smiled softly, "I don't know what was so funny about that but you do you, I guess,"
Ishan chuckled, wiping away the tear from the corner of his eyes, "Dude, you literally told him 'Take your ego and go shove it up your ass since you aren't getting any dick anyways," He mumbled, still chuckling in between.
"So, what? He was being annoying," Shubman shrugged, "And do you really think he's getting any dick?" He scoffed, "Nah, so I was right anyways,"
"Aur you're getting a lot of dicks, huh?" Ishan teased.
"Well, I used to," Shubman pouted. Yours only.
Ishan frowned. Why did that make him feel weird? "Shubman, are you single?"
Shubman blinked, "Yes... why?"
"So, I have a chance," Ishan mumbled to himself.
"What did you say?" Shubman asked.
"Nothing," Ishan smiled.
"Okay," Shubman nodded, "Did you take your medicines?" He asked.
Ishan smiled widely at that, he loves when Shubman ask that, it honestly makes him feel so much important, "I did. You don't have to worry so much, baby,"
Shubman blinked, heat crawling up his cheeks, "What did you say?" He asked quietly.
"What did I say?" Ishan tilted his head, confused.
"You called me baby," Shubman mumbled, not looking him in the eye.
"Did I?" Ishan furrowed his brows, perhaps he himself didn't realise it.
