Jungkook walked across the wet ground, his bare feet feeling the sting of small stones beneath them. The rain poured down, making the ground slippery and treacherous. He kept glancing back, but the darkness swallowed everything beyond the faint glow of moonlight filtering through the rain. He was cold, drenched, and desperate, his mind reeling from the shock of discovering Taehyung's true nature.

"Ah!" Jungkook hissed, wincing as something sharp dug into his sole. He bent down and pulled it out, a small, pin-like object embedded in his foot. The pain made him hiss loudly as he tossed it aside. He could barely see in the dim light, and his heart pounded with fear and uncertainty. The cold wind bit into his skin, and his soaked clothes clung to his body, making it even harder to move.

Despite the pain, Jungkook forced himself to keep going. He couldn't stay in that house with Taehyung, not after what he had seen and learned. He had to get away, no matter what. But with every step, the reality of his situation pressed down on him. He was alone, vulnerable,His thoughts were a chaotic swirl of fear, betrayal, and heartbreak as he trudged through the rain-soaked night, hoping to find some semblance of safety.

As the rain grew heavier, Jungkook slipped, falling to the ground. His breath caught in his throat, and his eyes widened in shock. His whole body ached from the rough handling Taehyung had subjected him to earlier. Every part of him hurt-from the wounds on his body to the deep, gnawing pain in his heart. Still, he pushed himself to get up, his movements slow and painful.

"Rose," Jungkook's eyes widened in terror when he heard Taehyung calling his name in that sweet, gentle tone. His body shivered, and he struggled to stand, biting back the pain that threatened to overwhelm him. He dragged his injured leg, the cut from the pin earlier adding to his misery.

"Baby? Where are you?" Taehyung's voice was closer now, laced with an eerie calmness. Jungkook sobbed quietly, trying to muffle the sound with his hand.

He couldn't recognize Taehyung anymore. The man he loved now terrified him, making his heart race with fear instead of affection. The memory of how Taehyung had killed Hyunjin haunted him. It wasn't just the act itself but the way he had done it with a chilling mixture of rage and cold detachment. No human could do that unless they harbored immense hatred or found some twisted pleasure in it. Jungkook couldn't tell if Taehyung's motives were rooted in one of these reasons or both.

Jungkook's mind raced as he tried to reconcile the man he loved with the man he had seen tonight. He wanted to believe that somewhere, deep inside, Taehyung was still the kind, loving person he had fallen for. But the reality was harsh and inescapable. The Taehyung he knew was gone, replaced by someone dangerous and unpredictable.
