Sam looked up from his laptop. He had found something weird. He looked out the window and saw Uri and Dean talking and laughing. He smiled, but he couldn't help feeling jealous, wanting to make Uri laugh and smile. He shook out of his thoughts and got up and headed out the door. "Dean!" He yelled. Uri and Dean looked up to see Sam running towards them but stopped not even halfway.
"Yeah?" Dean yelled back.
"We found something. Looks like a case." Sam said and headed back inside.
Uri looked at Dean. "I guess we should go see what they found." They went back to the house and walked in the door to find Bobby and Sam looking over a map. There was a newspaper among the scattered research. Uri picked it up and it had a headline saying
'MORE MUTILATED BODIES'
"What is this?" She asked flipping the paper over, showing them the headline. "Well that's the thing," Bobby started and grabbed a red sharpie. "I've been getting blasts from hunters all week." He pointed to the map and circled six areas. "Nest of vamps. Werewolf dance party. Shifters, six of them. Two hunters died taking them out. Ghouls, ghouls, ghoul-wraith smorgasbord."
Uri looked at the map in shock. "I'm no hunter, but I'm guessing monsters don't just pack like this. Especially in a straight line down I-80." She traced her finger down the highway line on the map.
"Exactly." Bobby said drawing a red line where Uri traced her finger.
"Looks to me like its a Sherman march monster mash." Dean joked.
"Yeah, but where are they marching to?" Sam asked.
Uri looked at where Bobby circled yet another spot on the map that was at the end of the line. "What is it?" She asked.
"Guy bashes his family's heads in." Bobby answered and Uri grimaced, almost wishing she hadn't asked. The boys looked at each other. "Where is he?" Dean asked.
"Police station in Sandusky, Ohio." Bobby threw the sharpie on the desk.
Dean looked around for his coat. "Well, okay then, let's go. If we leave now, we should be there before night fall. Go get your stuff Uri." Uri nodded.
All of a sudden, Castiel appeared next to Uri. "Hello, Uri." He greeted. "Hi, Castiel." she returned.
"Cas?" Dean seemed a little startled too at Castiel's sudden appearance. "What are you doing here?"
"Uri cannot go with you." Castiel said, Uri could feel concern coming from him and she furrowed her brows for a second.
"What? Why?" Sam interjected.
"She needs to stay away from harm's way until she is able to defend herself from it." Castiel said plainly obviously succeeding in hiding his concern from the boys.
"I mean, I fully agree with you, but we'll protect her." Sam offered.
"You cannot guarantee her full safety."
"We'll damn try!" Dean argued. "Who says she can't come?"
"They are my orders I was given. She must stay safe." Castiel said nonchalantly, but Uri caught something playing behind those words.
