Taehyung and Jungkook finished their work and began packing up their things. Taehyung was about to head out the door when Jungkook called out from behind him.
"Taehyung, wait up!"
Taehyung turned around, and Jungkook approached him with a concerned expression. "I'll drop you home, if you don't mind..," he said, his eyes sparkling with a gentle light.
Taehyung tried to refuse, not wanting to be a bother. "No, no, it's okay, Sir. I don't want to trouble you..."
But Jungkook cut him off with a firm but gentle tone. "Taehyung, I'll drop you home. It's not safe, and I won't have you walking alone in the dark. Besides, it's no trouble at all."
Taehyung's protests were met with a warm smile, and he found himself relenting to Jungkook's persistence. "O-okay... thank you, Jungkook-sshi..."
Jungkook nodded and gestured for Taehyung to follow him. "Let's go, I'll drive you home."
As they walked out of the office together, Taehyung couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude and comfort with Jungkook by his side.
As they walked to the car, Jungkook said, "Taehyung, you can call me Jungkook. It's fine with me."
Taehyung looked up at him with a playful pout. "You still don't call me Tae, though."
Jungkook chuckled and opened the car door for Taehyung. Jungkook grinned mischievously and said, "Alright, Tae, From now on I'll call you Tae. Now get in the car."
Taehyung's eyes widened in surprise, and he stuttered, "R-really... sir, I mean... j-jungkook?"
Jungkook chuckled and teased, "Oh, so you're stuttering now? That's cute, Tae."
Taehyung's face turned bright red as he quickly got into the car, trying to hide his embarrassment. Jungkook laughed and got into the driver's seat, winking at Taehyung.
"Don't worry, Tae. I won't tell anyone you're secretly a fan of mine," Jungkook said with a playful smirk.
Taehyung's face turned even redder, and he playfully hit Jungkook's arm. "Sh-shut up, Jungkook!"
Jungkook laughed and started the car, driving off into the night with a happy, playful atmosphere between them.
As they drove through the city streets, Taehyung couldn't help but sneak glances at Jungkook, who looked incredibly hot behind the wheel. His eyes were fixed on the road, his jawline sharp and defined, and his hair perfectly messy.
Taehyung's heart raced as he took in the sight, feeling a flutter in his chest. He tried to look away, but his eyes kept drifting back to Jungkook's chiseled features.
Just as Taehyung was thinking he was being subtle, Jungkook's eyes flicked towards him, catching him staring. A sly smile spread across Jungkook's face, and he raised an eyebrow.
"Enjoying the view, Tae?" Jungkook asked, his voice low and husky.
Taehyung's face turned bright red as he quickly looked away, trying to play it cool. "N-no, I was just... admiring the city lights..."
Jungkook chuckled, his eyes sparkling with amusement. "Save it, Tae. I know you were checking me out."
Taehyung's face grew even hotter, but he couldn't help but laugh at Jungkook's teasing. "Sh-shut up, Jungkook!"
As they pulled up to the apartment building, Taehyung turned to Jungkook with a smile. "Hey, want to come up and grab a drink? I'm sure Jimin would love to meet you."
Jungkook raised an eyebrow but nodded, and they both got out of the car. As they entered the apartment, Taehyung called out, "Jimin, I'm home! And I brought a friend."
