After disconnecting the call, Arnav made a few calls that made sure of Khushi's protection. Again he thought something and called Sulthan. He attended the call. Before Arnav said anything,

"Yaar... how are you? How did you remember me all of a sudden? Is everyone fine in your family?" Sulthan asked, making Arnav frown.

"I'm Arnav..."

"Arrey, don't I know you? how could I forget you? After all, we are best friends"

Arnav understood he was with someone.

"Is someone with you?"

"Yessss yessss...."

"Shall I talk?"

"Oh, yes..."

"Ok, keep an eye on HIM... do you understand whom I'm talking about?"

"Of course, I'm working for DEV Baba..." he hinted that he understood who Arnav mentioned as HIM.

"Call me when you are free"

"I'm free now..."

"He threatened me that he would attack Khushi"

"Oh..." Sulthan's voice changed.

"Let me know if he assigns anyone for the job particularly"

"I will let you know if it happens"

"Thank you..."

Arnav disconnected the call

Then, he walked back to his room. He saw Khushi ready to go to GH. Arnav managed himself and smiled at her. She stood hesitating. Arnav raised his brows.

"Do you want to say something?"

"I'm sorry..."

"Sorry? Why?" he shrank his eyes.

"I didn't know you would like to come to GH with Uncle and Aunty as it's a ritual... that's why I didn't invite you."

"Actually, I'm on leave now. I didn't want to be alone at home after sending you to GH because it's so boring to be at home doing nothing. So, I decided to accompany you to GH. If we went to GH, my parents would be alone getting bored. So, I thought to take them with us..."

"You told them that I want them to accompany us. I'm sorry, I didn't ask them to accompany them"

"It's not a big deal..."

"No, Arnavji, I saw happiness and relief in their faces. They think I'm a good daughter-in-law because of you"

"Khushi you both are important to me. if you guys are affable, I will be relaxed. My work is so hectic. I don't want you guys to be in any misconception. I will not have time to deal with family problems. You both are nice people. If we clear our path in the beginning itself, our journey will be smooth. That's what I did"

"I promise, I will not be a reason for any problem"

"Khushi, don't think, I don't trust you. We are human... anyone can make mistakes... you, me, my and your parents...! Every family will face problems but how we deal with them is what matters"

Khushi gave a slight nod. Arnav took his clothes to get changed. He turned towards Khushi as she called him.

"Arnavji..."

"Mmm?"

"Why not we ask uncle and aunty to be with us? Why should they go back to Delhi when we are here?" She asked.
