Keira. " thanks Lauryn."

Keira POV

The airport was a symphony of chaos, a cacophony of wailing babies, rumbling luggage carts, and the incessant announcements that only served to heighten the already palpable tension. It was supposed to be a joyous occasion, a family trip to visit my parents, but the reality was a far cry from idyllic. Two-year-old Esme, bless her tiny heart, had decided the airport was an amusement park designed specifically for tantrums. Her screams, like a banshee unleashed, echoed through the terminal, each one a tiny nail hammered into my already frayed nerves. My eighteen-year-old son, Jordan, sat slumped against a wall, his face pale and clammy, his body wracked by another panic attack. This, my friends, was the definition of 'stressful.'

Leah and Alessia, bless their souls, were navigating the airport with their newborn, Greyson, a tiny bundle of innocence amidst the storm. They were a whirlwind of diaper changes, bottle feeds, and soothing coos, their efficiency and calm a stark contrast to the chaos surrounding us. Beth and Viv, ever the steady pillars of support, were tending to Lucy and Jordan. Viv, with her quiet strength, was a rock for Jordan, whispering reassurances and helping him ground himself, while Beth, her smile a beacon of light, was patiently calming Lucy, who was trying to manage the situation with a mix of frustration and concern. Their presence was a lifeline, a soothing balm against the raw edges of stress.
