They were currently at the rehearsal dinner. Tara was holding hands with Amber as she drank some of her wine. Beforehand, Tara asked Sam if she would make a speech, and Sam obviously accepted. How could she pass up that offer? However, what she didn't know was that Amber had some tricks up her sleeve.

"Okay, hi everyone. I can't believe we're all here," Sam gulped as she stood from her seat. "My little sister is getting married," she said, trying to force excitement.

Tara gives her an encouraging smile, and Sam feels a surge of affection for her sister. She steels her nerves and continues, "Tara, you've always been the light of my life. From the moment you were born, you've had this way of bringing joy and laughter to everyone around you."

Sam can't help but notice Amber's grip tightening on Tara's hand as she speaks. She pushes down the unease and focuses on her sister.

"You've grown into such an amazing, compassionate person, and I couldn't be prouder to call you my sister. Amber, you're joining our family-"

"Actually, I'd like to say something, Sam," Amber interrupts, Tara turns to her fiancée confused.

"Amber what are you doin-" Tara starts but Amber cuts her off.

"You see, I've noticed that Sam has been acting a little...odd lately," Amber continues, her gaze fixed on Sam. "And I can't help but wonder if there's something she's been hiding from us all."

Sam feels the blood drain from her face as Amber's words sink in. She opens her mouth to respond, but Amber quickly cuts her off.

"In fact, I have reason to believe that Sam has been trying to sabotage Tara and I's relationship. Isn't that right, Sam?"

The guests erupt into whispers, all eyes now trained on Sam. Tara looks utterly bewildered, her brow furrowed in confusion.

Sam can feel her heart pounding in her chest as she tries to find the right words. "Amber, I-I don't know what you're talking about. I would never—"

"Save it, Sam," Amber interrupts, her voice dripping with venom. "We all know how close you and Tara are. It's only natural that you'd want to keep her all to yourself, isn't it?"

The guests murmur in agreement, and Sam can feel the weight of their judgmental stares bearing down on her.

"Amber, please, this isn't the time or place for—" Tara tries to interject, her voice laced with concern.

"No, Tara," Amber says, cutting her off. "I think it's high time we all know the truth about Sam's little scheme."

Sam feels her chest tighten, her palms sweating as she tries to find a way to defuse the situation. But before she can speak, Amber delivers the final blow.

"In fact, I have proof that Sam has been working with Mindy to try and break us up. Isn't that right, Mindy?"

All eyes turn to Mindy, who sits frozen in her seat, a look of pure horror on her face.

"What the hell are you talking about?" Tara asked, confusion in her eyes.

"Tara, Sam was going to break us up," Amber stated.
