" I am sorry but I need to marry your brother. I hope you will forgive me. Just know that I will always love you."

Bullshit.

As if her final words helped me any bit.
She asked me for a space she needed from our daily fights. Three days later, my brother introduced her as his fiancée not having a single clue of my shattered heart. And now they are holding their reception today.

This explains why I am skipping their reception and standing in front of one of the famous nightclub, A&W.

Marriage was enough. I can't handle anything more.

I know there will be long discussion at the table the next day. But today I will not let anyone control me. I enter inside and it was heaven here. People were dancing, drinking and some were making out too. I shouldn't be surprised. It was not just famous in name. The club was known for it's loudness. I would have joined the crowd had I been in the mood.

I went straight to the bar section and ordered beer for me. Apparently, beer seems to be the only one who will stay with me in hard days. I drank the glass in one go and refilled it till I could take it.

Another song played in. It was a very catchy dance song. I roamed my eyes around the dance area and stopped over something, no, rather someone. She didn't belong here. I could tell it by the way she was side eyeing all these people and awkwardly dancing not to embarrass herself with a wine on her hand. But, it was not at all embarrassing. Instead, she looked cute trying to mingle in the crowd. She suddenly looked at me and I couldn't help show my amusement and raised my eyes pointing her dance laughing.

She stared at me pointedly and looked elsewhere.

She started swaying her hips trying to catch up with the lyrics all while looking at me and started drinking her wine. She was wearing a simple bodycon dress yet she looked so hot in the dress.

She turned her head away from me and started dancing again. Oh she was definitely drunk.
I should have just averted my eyes and went my own way but i don't know if it's the beer or atmosphere or solely her but i entered the dance floor and started walking towards her. As if sensing me, her body went rigid, but she didn't turn back. Interesting. I slowly went to her and put my hands around her waist and pulled her towards myself.

I blame it all on the alcohol.

"You have a family, my daughter, The Goenkas

"You have a family, my daughter, The Goenkas. I wish you to unite with them. They are angry at me but never at you."

Bullshit.

As if her final words helped me any bit.
She was my only family in this whole world and the stone my mother prays to has to take her away from me too. And if it wasn't enough, she tells me about the family i never heard of wishing me to unite with them.

And, because it was her last wish, I tried for long three days, searching every newspapers and all other sources on clue about my so-called family.

And, today I couldn't complete my presentation for the semester exam because of all this mess. It is another thing I hate the most. Disappointing my professor.

This explains why I am standing in front of famous nightclub, A&W. Okay, my friend is also the reason but she ditched me seconds ago because of her husband.

I entered the club and my eyes widened looking at the crowd inside. What did I expect? I ordered a wine and stood at the corner looking at the people when suddenly someone asked for a dance.

I was about to say no but I remembered the sole purpose of coming here and went with him. The song was so catchy and becoming hard for me to match his steps. He looked bored and excused himself leaving me embarrassed. He didn't even have the decency to say bye to me.

I was just awkwardly dancing when I saw a guy looking at me with amusement in his face. He looked rich and definitely a lot handsome in those suits. He saw me looking at him and raised his eyebrows at my dance.

And maybe it's the vibe of the club or the drink in my hand.

I looked at him intently and started swaying my hips learning the music and slowly drinking the wine. It tasted so bitter like it was something else.

Suddenly, the atmosphere became too hot. I could sense someone behind me. I knew it was him. I wanted him to be. But, I made no move to turn. I will not. He slowly encircled his hands around my waist and pulled me towards himself.

I blame it all on alcohol.
