Chapter 33: Practical Exam

"You got everything?" Izuku asked, it was finally the day you get released from the hospital and you couldn't be any happier to leave such a gloomy place. 

"Yeah, I didn't have much with me anyway, just myself and my phone and charger, my brother took everything else with him so we should be good to leave," you say finally. 

"Double check, don't need you whining about anything," Katsuki said fussing at you, surprisingly not in his normal loud violent voice.

"Why did Kacchan stick around?" Izuku whispered to you, you laughed at his curiosity. 

"Don't tell him I told you this but he has a sweet spot for me," you whisper back to him giggling. 

Leaving Izuku completely dumbfounded, you were debating whether to tell Izuku that you and Katsuki are together, but you both decided not to tell the class, and that includes Izuku. 

"Are you ready to go Tardy Pass?" Katsuki asked, his tone soft, giving Izuku a chill down his spine. 

"Why didn't he yell at you? This is getting strange." Izuku whispered to you, you shrugged your shoulders. 

"I already told you he has a soft spot-"

"Will you two stop whispering to each other and start moving!" Katsuki shouted, finally losing his patience.

You and Izuku quickly started walking, not wanting him to yell again, you side-eyed Izuku, he awkwardly scratched the back of his head with an awkward grin. 

Finally approaching the checkout desk, "Hello Miss L/n, are you ready to checkout now?" The front desk lady asked, a smile on her face. 

"Yes Ma'am," you responded, She handed you the sign-out sheet and you quickly signed your name. 

"Alright, you're all set Miss L/n, you have a good rest of your day, and come back if you have any trouble." The lady said flashing a warm smile, finally, you could leave, and just in time for finals. 

You nearly skipped out of the hospital, but you held your composure and calmly walked, "We need to hurry, we can't miss the train to school!" Exclaimed Izuku, you didn't feel the need to rush, you had enough time to make the train. 

"Izuku calm down, we'll make it on time, just in time to take our last set of finals," you laughed, seeing Izuku so anxious over finals was just the perfect laughing medicine. 

Over the past few days you were forced to take your finals in the hospital which took an additional three days to do, turns out the doctors wanted to do a few more tests on you to check for internal damage you might've had, but you were in the clear. 

Today was the last set, nobody knew what 

"Y/n what was your rank for Midterm?" Asked Katsuki, "I got number one, you?"

'I got fourth," He snarled, "Y/n when did you have time to take your midterm?" Asked Izuku, "Oh I forgot to tell you, Mr.Aizawa brought it to the hospital for me to take it and he just watched me do it, to make sure I didn't cheat or anything, same with the finals." You said. 

"But what did you get Izu?" A smile grew on Izuku's face, he must've done pretty good, you thought to yourself. 

Katsuki's face scrunched up once he heard the stupid nickname you gave Izuku. 

"I got Fifth!" he exclaimed excitedly, Fifth wasn't too bad, at least he was in the top five in the class, "But really Y/n, it's impressive that you got first in the whole class!" He said giving you the well deserved praise. 

"Thank you, Izu, now let's get to the train so we don't miss the last final," you said laughing. 

You and Izuku followed behind Katsuki since he wanted to be in the front of you two so bad, that damn ego of his, but you can't really say you hate it, you are dating him after all.
