CHAPTER 8

I open my eyes, a bright light welcomed me. I roam my eyes and saw Nam sleeping on the floor. I observed that I'm lying in a hospital bed?

" Wait what? what am I doing here?"

I saw Nam open her eyes indicating that she's awake.

" Yo Freen, calm down. It's only 5:27 in the morning. You still need to rest." she said.

" How did I get here?" I asked

"Can you please let me sleep first?" she responded

"eh?? you just woke up idiot"

" for your information, I freaking spent the night taking care of you sick head" Nam explained.

" Sorry, but why are you alone? Where's Heng and Tee? " I said.

"They texted me last night, they said they're be here later morning"

"Okay, go back to sleep my beloved bestie"

"Bullshit" she demand

She go back to sleep but this time she lay down on the couch.

I'm still confused how did I get here. Who brought me here?

After thinking and thinking I feel asleep.

Next thing I new is there's laugher around me.

Heng, Nam, and Tee are eating while laughing for whatever they're talking about.

"She's awake" Tee said

" So noisy" I said

"Here bro eat first" Heng handed me tray of soup and fruits.

"Thanks" I said as I eat it

We all silently eat together. Once we're done I break the silence

" I had a dream of Becky last night" they all look at me.

"What happened?" Nam asked

"She seems worried about me and said " it's for you too" I don't know men. She hugged me in that dream then I closed my eyes"

" Maybe it's not a dream?"

"Yeah, it is not. She's the one who brought you here and informed me that you're sick" Nam spoke

" But where is she? If she really care about me she'll be here right now" I exclaimed

"Did you forget that she has a girlfriend?" Tee said laughing

"Bro, you don't need to be so harsh" Heng said

"Bullshit, you're not helping me at all"

I'm giving them a glare when the Doctor came in.

"Did I disturb something?" He asked

"Not at all"

"Well, Ms. Chanckimha you passed out last night because of high fiver good thing you're girlfriend bring you here" Doc. Cruz said

"She's not her girlfriend" my friends said in unison and I pay another glare to them.

" Sorry, but she seems to" He chuckled

"Anyway, you can now rest and get discharge later. I'll just get your medication.

"Thank you Doc" and he went out

"Get some rest and we'll get high when you're better"

"I'll bring my girlfriend then"

"Both of you, shut up" Nam interfered glaring at them

"But don't forget to call me when you'll get high hehe" she added

"Oh my god. Don't talk to me" I said as I get my keys and put it in.

After I opened the door I went straight to my room. I can't with this three. They're making my headache worse. But I realize, nothing can hurt me more other than seeing Becky with someone else. She's supposed to be mine. I can love her. I can treat her better. I can sacrifice everything for her. I can make her happy. I can't see her with Friend. It's breaking my heart into a million pieces. Maybe I fall for her too fast? I didn't know when did I started crying. I'm sobbing when Nam entered my room along with Heng and Tee.

" Freen" they said that made me look at them and they walk towards me.

"Get up buddy, wipe your tears" Tee said offering her hands for me.

" Everything will be alright Freen" Heng said

"We will help you, don't worry we're here" Nam said that made me feel relieved.

"How about Friend?" I asked.

"Don't worry about that trash, we'll sail our ship again"  She respond

"FreenBecky" they said in unison and hugged me while tapping my back.

Night came, Heng, Tee, and Nam decided to spend the night with me since my mother haven't back home yet. We are all lazy to cook dinner so I get my phone and ordered.

"What do you guys want?"

"Let's have some pizza" Heng answered

"Make it two, because for sure one will not be enough for Heng" Nam interfered

" Burgers with coke bro" Tee said

"Anything for me... Oh.. wait order some popcorn too. Let's watch movie later" Nam said

" I have popcorn kernels at my pantry so no need to order"

"Fine, but make sure you'll be the one making it" she said.

"Lazy" Tee, Heng and I exclaimed and we all laugh.

I ordered our food and we waited for it. After almost 30 minutes, food finally arrived. Heng hurriedly get it from the delivery guy as I paid the bills.

"Hey give the last slice" I said while fighting with Heng for the slice slice of pizza

"I'm the one who ask for it" He demand

"And as so you know, I'm the one who ordered and paid for it" I glares at him

"Does six slices of pizza isn't enough for you Heng? Tee said laughing at him

"He never get full" Nam said and Heng surrender the last slice.

We finished dinner and cleaned up our mess.

We're now at the living room arranging the sofa and mattress. We decided to watch here and sleep here tonight. We picked the Game of Thrones. It was great. After that we feel asleep.

I woke up and found no one besides me. I checked my phone and saw that it was already 10:36 morning. I was about to put my phone down when a message suddenly popped up.

It's from her....

"Let's talk please"
