Jimin turned around, slightly startled by Taehyung's presence. He bowed his head politely. "Thank you, Your Majesty. I'm glad you think so."

"Please, call me Taehyung," the Alpha repeated with a gentle smile. "Your work is extraordinary, Jimin. The gardens have never looked this vibrant."

Jimin's cheeks flushed with a mix of pride and shyness. "It’s the least I can do. I find peace here."

Taehyung nodded, understanding the sentiment. "Do you come here often, even when you’re not working?"

Jimin hesitated before answering. "Yes. The gardens are my sanctuary. They help me think and clear my mind."

The two shared a moment of silence, the air filled with the sweet fragrance of blooming flowers. Taehyung felt an overwhelming urge to spend more time with Jimin, to unravel the mystery surrounding him. But he knew he had to tread carefully.

"Would you mind if I joined you on your walks sometimes?" Taehyung asked, hoping he didn’t sound too eager.

Jimin looked up, surprised. "I... I wouldn't mind, Taehyung. It would be an honor."

As days turned into weeks, Taehyung and Jimin started spending more time together. They would walk through the gardens, discussing everything from plants to life in the village. Taehyung found Jimin’s presence soothing, while Jimin enjoyed the Alpha’s company and the sense of safety he brought.

One afternoon, as they sat on a bench overlooking a beautiful array of flowers, Taehyung turned to Jimin. "Do you ever think about leaving the village for good?"

Jimin looked thoughtful. "I did, and now I’m here. But sometimes I wonder if there’s more to my story."

Taehyung's heart ached with the desire to protect Jimin, to keep him close. He knew his feelings were growing stronger, but he couldn’t understand why. All he knew was that he wanted Jimin to stay.
