After his bath, Kriti fed Aksh his milk, looking at him with love. She rocked him to sleep, his tiny hands holding her finger.
When she came out, Rishabh was ready for work, looking handsome in his suit. "Breakfast?" he asked, trying to connect with her.
Kriti nodded, and they sat together, eating and drinking quietly.
Rishabh said, "I've arranged for help with Aksh, you won't be alone." But his eyes showed he was worried about leaving her.
"I have an important meeting, I can't miss it." Kriti nodded, but didn't say anything. Rishabh sighed, feeling sad that she was still upset with him.
Kriti fell asleep, unaware of Rishabh's loving look.
He knew she was very tired from the hospital visit and let her sleep. With a soft smile, he went back to the living room, looking at Aksh, who was sleeping peacefully.
Rishabh's heart felt full of love for his family. He sat beside Aksh, gently touching his tiny hands, and whispered, "I'll always be here for you and Mommy, little one." As he sat there, he felt happy, knowing this was where he belonged – with his family.
