Practicing with the strongest member of the team was really exhausting. I had to keep up with her, well, at least it worked. I was still able to get a few points over the passing number of points. After cleaning up the court, I went over to the regulars practice court and watched from the fence.
"Oi Eiji! keep up with the speed!" I heard Oishi-sempai shout.
"But it's so fast! I am too tired to run and i'm hundgry!" Eiji said with a very tired face with a drool of saliva from the side of his mouth.
"Who ever loses gets to buy burgers for the entire team" Ryoma said passing by Eiji.
"Isn't he amazing?" Tomo said. She just appeared out of nowhere.
"Since when did you get here?" I asked Tomo.
"Just a few minutes ago. Were you that focused on their amazingness to the point that you didn't notice me?" Asked Tomo.
"N-no! I just didn't notice you. That's all" I blushed a little knowing that it is true.
"What's the comotion here?" I turned my head and saw Eiji sempai looking at me and Tomo.
"Sempai" I smiled.
"We were just talking. Anyway, will you guys have a match? I want to see Ryoma play" Tomo said with sparkling things popping out her back and her eyes shaped in a heart.
"Nope. We're heading to eat. Momo and Ryoma wants to eat burgers. You guys want to go with us?" Eiji sempai ended with a smile.
"That'll be cool" Tomo said as she hugged arm.
I just smiled and Eiji sempai went to the bench to get his stuff. Before heading out, they went to the locker room to change and catch a few minutes rest. I went there and knocked on their door holding a piece of paper. I knocked on the door and someone opened it. And of all people, it had to be Kaido.
"What are you doing here?" He asked.
"Well... ah... I ahm.... I'm here to give this to Tezuka-sempai" I said holding out the piece of paper.
"Oi Captain! Someone's here to see you" Kaido let me in and I saw Tezuka putting on his shirt. "Why do I always have to arrive when they are changing? Danm myself!"
"What is it?" Asked Tezuka as he walked to me.
"It's from coach Sumire. I think it's about another tournament" I said.
"What kind? Is it a match again with the other schools?" Asked Oishi.
I noded my head knowing that this news would tense them up. Having a match with the other teams from the other schools would always make them worried.
"I guess if we are going to enter, then we should practice more" Oishi said looking at the other teams.
"Yes, but for now, let's just focus on burgers and having a good time. You guys work so hard, all of you deserve and rest" I said with a smile.
"She is right. Come here" Eiji fisted my head messing up my hair.
"Sempai! Stop it!" I strugled to get out of his hug.
Finally, after a few minutes, he let go. Tezuka went to grandmas office while the others and I went out to eat burgers. Tezuka said he'll just catch up with us.
While we all ate burgers, we were enjoying watching Momo and Ryoma have an eating competision. And to my surprise, Ryoma really can wat a lot of burgers ans faster than Momo. The only question is, how to they burn everything after they eat. I know they don't go to tennis after eating. They go home and rest. Maybe they'll do it tomorrow.
So after hanging out with the team, Eiji and Oishi drop me off at my house. When i got there, i read some books and dip in the tub then went to sleep.
