Hello, you amazing people!
Happy Pride Month!!
Here's a little Satosugu extra 'cause I'm depressed with ch.261 and I need to feel happy.
Doesn't have anything to do with my story, by the way.
3rd Pov:
When Satoru opened his eyes, he found himself in his family compound.
The smell of the wood, along with the traditional style of the building, everything was the same.
"That's odd."
Satoru clearly recalled having decimated the old building in a fit of rage in his early 20's.
He was clan leader, whatever he did to his own property was his decision.
So standing here, in a building that was supposed to be destroyed, Satoru instantly raised his guard.
Only to drop it back down as memories started flooding his brain. It wasn't painful, after all, spending his whole life having to deal with the information sent from his Six Eyes practically made him immune to most mental attacks.
"Oh right," Satoru thought blankly. "I died."
The memories were a blur. Fighting Sukuna. Fighting Megumi. Sukuna's technique cutting through his flesh, and his last thought being about his beloved students.
Ah, they'd have to fight without him now, didn't they? Guilt filled him. Gojo Satoru is the strongest.
"Was the strongest, anyway..."
Sighing in exasperation, Satoru looked around the compound. Walking towards the door in front of him, he opened it, being momentarily blinded when light shines through.
He suddenly finds himself in a different area. A bus stop. And standing before him, are Nanami and Haibara.
Satoru suddenly realizes that he's a teenager again.
"Why didn't I realize that before?"
"Gojo-senpai! You're here!" Haibara called out.
"I can't believe you of all people finally showed up here.." Nanami mumbled, glaring at the white-haired boy.
Satoru blinked, before chuckling.
"Well, I couldn't leave my beloved juniors waiting here forever, right?" He said, his voice taking on his teasing drawl again.
Haibara laughed, while Nanami simply rolled his eyes.
"Get out of here, Gojo. He's waiting for you." Nanami said, walking off.
Haibara gasped dramatically, nodding his head vigorously.
"Oh right! He is! Here's to hoping that you don't cry, Gojo-senpai!!" Haibara called out, before running after Nanami.
Satoru stood as the two walked off. Even without the powers of his Six Eyes, the subtle smile on Nanami's face as he listened to Haibara talk was unmistakable.
"Ah- wait! Who's waiting?" Satoru called out, suddenly remembering what the two had told him.
His question was almost immediately answered as he heard the one voice that sent such conflicting feelings through his body.
"Satoru."
The young man in question, froze, hoping, praying, that when he turned around, he wouldn't see those dreaded stitches.
Satoru slowly turned around, deja vu flashing through his mind.
"Suguru."
Before him, stood Suguru. Not Kenjaku, but Suguru. His Suguru. Satoru didn't realize he'd started walking towards Suguru until he'd stopped right in front of him.
"It took you quite some time to get here. I'm happy it didn't take you too long." Suguru said, smiling, and oh, Satoru missed that smile. It made him feel like those guys from those cheesy rom-coms Shoko used to watch.
Satoru couldn't say anything in response. No words came out of his mouth.
"Suguru."
It's all Satoru can say, his name falling from his lips like some desperate plea.
That smile again, and a little laugh that makes Satoru lose his mind.
"Satoru."
The two stared at each other for a moment, the entire world seemingly holding its breath, until something snaps, and Satoru's walking forward, and Suguru's reaching for him, and then they're kissing.
It's messy, like their first kiss in the darkness of Satoru's dorm room at Jujutsu Tech, but it's everything Satoru could've ever wanted.
"Welcome home, Satoru." Suguru mumbled, fingers brushing over the young man's cheeks.
And Satoru couldn't have agreed more, because home would always be Suguru.
So yeah.
Tada!!
I feel like it's cringey, but I wanted some deep shit emotion stuff going on.
Comment and tell me how you think or else I'm gonna get embarrassed at myself and cry.
Bye bye!!
