"Kham, baby..we got company." i lightly knock on our bedroom door, waiting for her to open it, but she didn't.
she's been very distant since the cookout she barely comes out of the room. "khamyri, please open the door. I want to talk to you." kyrstal spoke with her head pressed to the door.
"go away i don't want to talk to you." she semi-yelled.
"okay. I'll go, but when you are ready to talk I'll be here. Alright." Krystal sadly sighed, saying her goodbyes to me, milan and the kids before leaving the house.

"happy birthday mommy!" yaya cheesed hugging her mother lovingly.
"thank you baby girl" milan cheesed, opening the gift from meriyah. she took a velvet box out of the bag, opening it and her mouth flew open.
"oh my gosh! baby it's so cute. i love it." milan sniffled wiping her eyes at the diamond bracelet.
"we have a surprise for milan, so will everyone follow us outside. In a single file line please." Khamyri said into the microphone, everyone stood to their feet and walked outside.
The kids ran in front of me and milan while i lead her outside with the blindfold over her eyes. "you can take it off now." i lowly spoke with a smile on my face. she took the blindfold off and her eyes went wide, "happy birthday my love, it's all yours." I smirk handing her the keys to her new car.
She kissed my lips before running toward the car while Khamyri got in on the passenger side.
"awe baby, thank you! i love you so much. don't wait up!" she squealed starting up her Range Rover, I chuckled as they drove out of the parking lot of the bar & bistro.
I walk behind the car, waving at them with a small smile on my face.
Everyone said their see you laters and goodbyes before leaving in their individual cars. "Pops? can we go with auntie ryn and uncle nario?" mari asked with jrue walking beside him.
"of course, have fun ight. i love y'all." i nod kissing both of their heads. they excitedly ran back to khamryn and nario's car while the girls came over to me.
"dada? can me and nene spend the night at lotti's house?" yaya asked referring to tasha who walked over with them.
"yeah go head i know y'all been asking me to go over there. I love y'all ight." I smile hugging each of them. "I'll take baby girl too" tasha said, taking jream out of my arms, she happily went laying her head on Tasha's shoulder.
"thats fine by me." i happily let them leave with her before going to my car. I start it up and pull out the parking spot. I'll call somebody to come get khamyri car in the morning. I make the long drive home which didn't take me long.

i know i said i was ending the book, but i had second thoughts..the sequel is still up but i will be publishing here and there on both books.
