You broke your promise

Iris's POV:

I opened my eyes after blacking out for a while and noticed that we had fell asleep in her treehouse, I stared at her sleeping body for a little until I snapped myself out of my trance, I think I should bring her to the hospital but I promised I wouldn't.. Gosh it's just getting worse and worse. I have to take her..

I wait for Lorelei to wake up and she does a few minutes later, "mm... Iris?" She says in a morning voice, I can feel myself getting red but I quickly realized my plan and I calm down, "Lorelei, I don't wanna cook so I'm gonna take us to a restaurant." I say, looking Lorelei in the eyes. "Oh... Okay.. let's go.." I lend her a hand and we make our way out of the treehouse and to my car, I sit in the drivers seat and she sits next to me and I start up the car.

Lorelei's POV:

It's been a few minutes since Iris started driving and I'm getting kind of confused, she's driving towards the hospital.. It can't be. She promised! I'll just give it a couple more minutes.. It has been a few minutes now and Iris is still acting suspicious, "Iris.. Are we almost there?" ".. Almost there" "Okay.."

My eyes widen as the car shuts off, and Iris gets out of the car, walks over to my side, and lets me out. "Iris... You promised you wouldn't take me here.." ".. Lorelei I can't just sit at your house watching you get worse day after day, you come out of that fucking bathroom weaker and weaker, I just couldn't stand it anymore, I can't see you like this! It hurts me for some reason I can't explain but I care about you and I just can't watch you get more sick each day."

I shut her door aggressively and glare at her, "Stop saying you fucking care I know you don't" "why do you think that?!" "Because no one does!! And you broke your promise.." she stares at me in silence for a little bit before speaking, "Lorelei.. People care and I'm sorry I broke my promise but I just cannot see you get hurt any longer."

"Sorry doesn't fix anything Iris.. You broke your fucking promise."

I wipe my eyes with my sleeve and I sniffle before starting to walk away in the sidewalk, "Lorelei.. Where do you think you're going?"
I stop in my tracks, "I'm walking home" "Lorelei, please... I took you here because I care about you.." "Iris. I'm walking" I start walking again until I stop in my tracks again when Iris speaks "Lorelei you're not walking back!" "And what are you gonna do if I walk back!? Ground me?? I'm not a fucking child I can walk back myself!!" "Lorelei I'm just looking out for you!" "FUCK OFF IRIS!! J-Just leave me be" I sob as I run away quickly, disappearing onto the long sidewalk.

I have been running for a while and I finally spot my treehouse, it started raining like 5 minutes ago and I'm probably gonna get more sick now.

I make my way up to my treehouse balcony and I feel the sharp pain coming up my throat and I run inside the treehouse, I was going to sprint to the tiny bathroom but I couldn't make it and I fell to the ground by my bed, I coughed and gagged as bloody pedals and thorns flow out of my mouth like a fucking hairball, My throat is all cut up and it feels like hanging shreds of meat are dangling around. It sucks, when I try to get up so I can clean the mess I instantly fall and hit my head hard on the ground, whiplashing myself, and I pass out on the pool of blood.
