NEVER BE THE SAME ( ANTHONY BRIDGERTON )

CHAPTER FOUR

" Did you ever find your mother's ring?" Anthony asked me." No and it's been over ten years. My older sister Grace but we all call her Gracie knows that I lost the ring. She helped me look for it for over a week but then we lost hope and stopped looking for it. I was terrified that mama and papa would find out that I had lost it." I tell him. We were sharing childhood stories with eachother. "Im sorry Mr bridgerton but calling hour are over." My papa informed Anthony. "Already papa I thought we had an hour or so left." I tell him I looked at the clock to find that Anthony had been talking for about three hours or so. "Well I must be leaving soon then. Goodbye for now Blair I shall be back tomorrow." He kissed my hand. "Goodbye Duke Maliginton." He says goodbye to my father then leaves

An hour later

"Sister can you tell mama and papa to stop trying not find suitable ladies to marry. I want to find someone myself not them finding someone for me to fall in love with!" Samuel came storming into my room. Pacing around my room as if it was his own. "Sam stop pacing around my room please it makes my head hurt and yes i will tell mama and papa to leave you alone about falling in love."

I sit up straighter as he sat down on my bed." Do you want to talk to me about something?" I question him. "Well I just want to ask how have you been since your debut to society?" He asked me. "Well brother it has been interesting to be honest. Many men have called: non of them are very interesting but." I was saying. "But Blair who is the lucky person that my baby sister fancies ?" Sam interrupted me rudely." I was beginning to tell you something but you interrupted me. Also I am not a baby!" I tell him annoyed that he interrupt me. "He's Anthony bridgerton Eloise's oldest brother I think you know him." I went to grab the book Anthony had given me. "He understands me. He always has even when i was younger all he did was treat me with kindness. I think about him all the time but it scares me what if something happens that separates us forever. Sam stands up and grabs my shoulders. "Dear sister do not worry I'm sure everything will be fine." He pats my head.

"Also I need to ask you something." He tells me." What is it sam? I'm sure I can help." I tell him. "This might be unexpected for you but I want to court Nora." And i said. "What do you mean. My best friend Nora?" I ask him. "Yes Blair catch up please." He gives me a push. "If you want to court her do it sam. I just want both of you to be happy." I tell him. "I just wanted to tell you. I haven't asker her yet but I will tomorrow." He gets up to leave then says "If you need to talk or anything my room is always open." I will and close the door please" i tell him as he closes the door behind him.

In the evening

"Blair there is a ball tomorrow but I need to pick up our dresses from the modiste. Would you like to come dearest?" Mama and I were in the sitting room reading books together. "I would love to mama." I tell her.

"Mama papa I am here!" Grace enters the room and hugs mama first then me and moves upstairs to find papa and Samuel. "Blair do you want to visit Nora? I am going to be her house today." Mama asked me. "Yes please mama may I go now?" She nodded at me and said. "Yes I'll prepared the footman. I do need to talk to violet awell." She stands up off the sofa . "Mama why do you be to see lady bridgerton?" I ask her
"We just all need to catch up with Nora's mama. I haven't seen them since the last ball and alot has happened dearest." She was avoiding the actual reason she was going.

At The Deaningtons house

"Oh my blair! I haven't seen you in ages. We need to talk I have so much to tell you." Nora pulled me in for a hug and I hugged her back. Our mama's were already inside the carriage. "So Nora I've heared that a certain lord has been called on you." Samuel has been calling on Nora alot recently. She turns bright red and laughs before looking up at me. "Your brother has been calling on me alot. I really like him Blair. I can see a future with him unlike all the other men that call on me. He understands me and shares interests with me." She had a huge smile on her face." Well I'm happy for you. I know we'll be sisters in law." I tell her.

At the bridgerton house

"El how have you been!" Nora waves at Eloise then hugs her." Well I'm doing well. Is the horse race is tomorrow?" She asks me before letting go off Nora and hugging me. "Yes El it is tomorrow." I say as we all walked over to the sofas.

"So this hunt for Whistledown were do we begin? Nora asked Eloise. "Do you think we should disscus this with pen? I thought she was supposed to be helping us find lady Whistledown." I asked Eloise. "Well pen doesn't really think that it's a good idea to look for Whistledown. Eloise tells us. "Thats odd. Why would she not want to find Whistledown?" Nora questions. "That is true. It is odd. What do you think Eloise. I ask her. "Pen just likes to be safe. Atleast that is what I think." Eloise tell us. "Ok but we really do beed somewhere to start." I tell them. "Ok let's make a plan." Eloise tells us.

"One minute i need to go." I tells them. They both nod at me. "Ok don't take to long Blair." Nora tells me. "I won't." I say as I leave the room. I always thought that the bridgerton house was beautiful for the outside. But the inside is just as beautiful. "Blair? What are you doing here." I turn around and saw Anthony. "Hello Anthony I came to talk to el and Nora. I was just walking around." I tell him. "I need to go now El and Nora might be worried about me by now." I tell him while walking away." Ok Blair goodbye." I wave at him at walk drawing room. "Do where were we ?"

A few hours later

Sitting in my room I began to dwell on my day. I decided to write a letter to my brother Nate he is married to princess Alexandria but I call her ria. They would have been helping me with my season but due to ria's pregnancy and the queens concern they had to stay in the place. With my quill in hand I began to write

Dear Nate

I started my season but you and ria aren't here to help me( Grace and mama are trying to help but they dont understand how I feel sometimes ). I miss you both dearly also how is ria doing? I hope my soon to be born niece or nephew is well. I wish to be with you but i can't. Please visit soon maybe after the baby? Honsetly the house feels very empty without you and Grace living here.

Mama is well so is papa they want to find a wife for Samuel which is hilarious to witness. They want him to find true love but he is avoiding looking in any lady's direction.

This season Nora has been named the diamond of the season! Isn't that just amazing brother. She has been getting called on by many suitors but we still see each other alot.

Also I've been thinking alot about someone. His name is Anthony bridgerton. He's Eloise's oldest brother. I enjoy his company alot and he has been calling on me every single. And I enjoy his company alot and he seems to be enjoying mine aswell.
