Empress Speed heard someone enter the room and looked towards the door. She saw a monster based on a race car driver known as White Lightning, who stated that she was going to help the villain to achieve her goal of destroying the Turborangers.
White Lightning then snapped her fingers and summoned their newest monster known as Brody the Star Boxer who made use of pure strength to overwhelm his enemies. Meanwhile back in New Tokyo Accel City, Hinami was working out in the gym and was hitting the punching bag with boxing gloves on.
Despite being in love with her senpai and fellow high school student Kyoko, she also valued her physical health. Hinami swung her arm and delivered a powerful jab to the punching bag. She went to grab her drink and heard the Turbo Changer ring. Making sure that nobody was watching, she answered the call.
"Hey RICO, what's up?" Hinami asked
"There's another monster attacking the city, I've already sent out the other rangers, but you need to go now!" RICO bellowed
"On it." Hinami said
Hinami used the Turbo Changer to teleport over the the uptown area of New Tokyo Accel city and it was this time that the other rangers arrived. They then came face to face with Brody the Star Boxer, who was causing all kinds of destruction. The five heroes placed the Turbo Changer on their wrists and turned the stick which charged it up.
"Turbo Change!" roared our heroes
Our heroes watched as the energy spirits of their individual race cars erupted from the Turbo Changer and did laps all over their bodies. This led to the formation of their ranger suits which features seatbelts in the form of safety harnesses, with the headlights of their individual races cars on their helmets. It was now time for the team roll call.
"Speed King, Turbo Red!" Raito bellowed
"Speed Demon, Turbo Blue!" Shotaro bellowed
"Speed Queen, Turbo Green!" Hinami bellowed
"Speed Empress, Turbo Black!" Kyoko bellowed
"Speed Master, Turbo White!" Ryubee bellowed
"Coursing through the battle against evil... Race Car Sentai Turboranger!" bellowed the five heroes
With their transformation complete, the Turborangers stood ready to face the oncoming threat of Brody the Star Boxer. He began running towards them and using his powerful fists to knock them about. However, Hinami was able to handle his attacks as she had been taking boxing lessons since she was an elementary school student. She then kneed Brody in the gut and sent him staggering back.
"Did you Hinami was that strong?" Raito asked
"No... no I did not." Kyoko said
"Well, let's get in there!" Shotaro bellowed
"Yeah, she cannot have all the fun!" Ryubee bellowed
Our heroes charged into battle and aided Hinami in battle against Brody. The menacing monster continued to deliver punch after punch towards them, but our heroes already had a plan. They would serve as a shield and let Hinami leap over them so that she can attack Brody directly. The monster slammed his fists against the ground but our heroes saw this coming. Kyoko and her brother Ryubee, joined the Turbo Sniper and Turbo Booster to guard against the attack. Raito and Shotaro continued the distraction by attacking with the Turbo Sabre and Turbo Gun, which weakened Brody just enough, and Hinami propelled herself off Raito's shoulders. She then continued to make use of her boxing techniques to weaken Brody. The monster landed on the ground and could not believe that this was happening.
