In her lair, surrounded by screens displaying her plans, Empress Speed reveled in her newfound power. "They think they can stop me? Pathetic!" She cackled, flicking her wrist as she summoned her next creation: Chaos the Mad Racer.

With a flash of blinding light, Chaos emerged—a towering figure draped in racing leathers, adorned with clock gears and swirling patterns. His eyes glowed with an unsettling energy, and a chaotic aura surrounded him, warping the air like a heat haze.

"Time is my ally, and I shall unleash the Great Disappearance!" Chaos declared, his voice a twisted blend of excitement and madness. "With a black hole at my command, I will erase everything from existence!"

RICO's voice crackled through the Go-Roader's speakers, urgency lacing his tone. "Turborangers, we have a major situation! A new monster is wreaking havoc downtown!"

"No time to waste!" Raito shouted, determination igniting in his eyes. "Let's move, Turborangers!"

The heroes teleported to the city just as Chaos unleashed his chaos-infused power. A swirling vortex began to form, absorbing everything in its vicinity. Buildings quaked, and civilians ran in terror, their screams echoing against the roar of Chaos's laughter.

"I'll handle this!" Hinami declared, stepping forward, her Turbo Fire Rescue Blaster at the ready. "We need to stop that black hole!"

Her suit transformed, radiant and powerful, as she took aim at the swirling vortex. "Turbo Fire, unleash!"
