Hinami (Turbo Green) was hanging out with her fellow students and the Turbo Wings Matsuri (Turbo Silver) and her twin sister Hiro (Turbo Gold). She told them that she really liked Kyoko (Turbo Black) who was her fellow student and senpai. The two rangers looked at each other and told Hinami that she should just confess her feelings to Kyoko. It was at this moment when the three of them noticed something strange happen. One of the baseball bats belonging to the sports club suddenly started glowing and transformed into Daigo of the Baseball, the newest monster that our heroes had to fight. Kyoko arrived and our heroes knew what they had to do. Hinami and Kyoko put the Turbo Changer on their wrists and turned the stick which charged it up with Matsuri and Hiro energizing the Turbo Magnum.
"Turbo Change!" roared our heroes
Our heroes watched as the energy spirits of their individual race cars erupted from the Turbo Changer and Gun, doing laps all over their bodies. This led to the formation of their ranger suits which features seatbelts in the form of safety harnesses, with the headlights of their individual races cars on their helmets. It was now time for the team roll call.
"I'm the Speed Queen, Turbo Green!" Hinami bellowed
"I'm the Speed Empress, Turbo Black!" Kyoko bellowed
"Chopper Power, Turbo Silver!" Matsuri bellowed
"Jet Power, Turbo Gold!" Hiro bellowed after her sister
"Coursing through the battle against evil... Race Car Sentai Turboranger!" bellowed the four heroines
