Deep at night in New Tokyo Accel City an interdimensional portal opened and the human monster known as Air Pollution Empress Diesel arrived and began wreaking havoc in the city. It was not long before the heroes from her dimension arrived behind her in the form of an alternate universe version of our heroes.
"I'm the Speed King, Turbo Red Zero!" Raito bellowed
"I'm the Speed Knight, Turbo Blue Zero!" Shotaro bellowed
"I'm the Speed Kaiser, Turbo Green Zero!" Hinami bellowed
"I'm the Speed Queen, Turbo Black Zero!" Kyoko bellowed
"I'm the Speed Master, Turbo White Zero!" Ryubee bellowed
"We are the Engine Sentai Turboranger Zero!" the heroes bellowed
RICO told our heroes that there was something going on in the city. Our heroes teleported to the city and saw these alternate versions of themselves from another dimension fighting this human monster. The five heroes placed the Turbo Changer on their wrists and turned the stick which charged it up.
"Turbo Change!" roared our heroes
Our heroes watched as the energy spirits of their individual race cars erupted from the Turbo Changer and did laps all over their bodies. This led to the formation of their ranger suits which features seatbelts in the form of safety harnesses, with the headlights of their individual races cars on their helmets. It was now time for the team roll call.
"Speed King, Turbo Red!" Raito bellowed
"Speed Demon, Turbo Blue!" Shotaro bellowed
"Speed Queen, Turbo Green!" Hinami bellowed
"Speed Empress, Turbo Black!" Kyoko bellowed
"Speed Master, Turbo White!" Ryubee bellowed
"Coursing through the battle against evil... Race Car Sentai Turboranger!" bellowed the five heroes
"Race Car Sentai Turboranger, let's team up!" bellowed Turbo Red Zero
