"Transferring to Indonesia all of a sudden?" he muttered, feeling a sense of unease.
Salman sighed deeply, muttering, "Taehyung!" He stormed into Taehyung's office without knocking, catching Taehyung off guard. Taehyung looked up, seeing the fury in Salman's eyes as he approached and slammed the letter onto his desk.
"What are you doing, Salman?" Taehyung asked, bewildered.
Salman rolled his eyes, his voice sharp. "That's what I'm asking. What are you really trying to do?"
Taehyung leaned back in his chair, resting his forehead on his hand. "I have no limits dealing with people who misbehave, even if he's my friend."
Salman chuckled bitterly. "Friend, huh? I don't share that title with you anymore, you freaking mafia."
Taehyung rose from his seat, placing both hands on his desk with a loud thud, their eyes locked in a fierce gaze. "Watch what you're saying. And why the hell are you here now?"
Salman took the letter and thrust it in Taehyung's face. "Tell me why I'm moving to Indonesia all of a sudden?"
Taehyung read the letter, realizing it was also new to him. Seeing it was from his uncle, the chairman of Kim Group, he muttered, "Uncle?"
Then, looking at Salman, he said, "I think you misunderstood. The letter is not from me but from the chairman."
Salman poked his inner cheek, his voice filled with accusation. "I know this letter is from the chairman, but aren't you the one who sponsored me to be a CEO in Indonesia? So that you can mess with my sister again?"
Taehyung's heart sank, realizing Salman had a terrible misconception about his intentions toward Sana. His anger flared, and he nearly threw a punch but held himself back, not wanting to become a monster in Salman's eyes. Without another word, he turned and left the room.
Salman was seething, knowing Taehyung had messed up his sister's life and now seemed to be trying to get him out of the way by transferring him to Indonesia. He slammed his hands repeatedly on the desk, fuming. "I never thought you would do this, Taehyung. I didn't completely believe my princess when she told me you were mafia."
He heard someone entering the office and quickly composed himself. The chairman approached and spoke, "Mr. Salman Sulthan?"
Salman raised an eyebrow. "Yes?"
Mr kim walked to a chair, took a seat, and introduced himself. "I'm the chairman of Kim Group, and I'm the one who sent you the letter."
Salman greeted and asked, "But sir, why a transfer all of a sudden?"
Mr kim smiled. "if I'm right It's not just a transfer; but also a promotion."
Salman replied, "I get it, sir, but sorry that I'm not accepting the transfer."
Mr. Kim chuckled and placed a paper on the desk. "This is the contract you signed when you bought the shares of the company. It clearly states that you agree to be transferred to any country. Plus, most of the shares you own are from the Indonesian branch."
Salman bit his lips, feeling cornered. "I understand, sir, but I'm not willing to transfer. Instead, I'm going to resign."
Mr. Kim took a deep breath and muttered, "Such a tough boy." Salman placed the promotion letter on the desk and left the room.
SANA's pov
