Chapter 6 : Ryuji Evolve

N̲a̲o̲ P̲o̲v̲

After Ryuji drank my blood, he drop the bowl and then collapse. "Ryuji!" I panicked. "Scan!" I shouted.

[ 𝙽𝙰𝙼𝙴 : 𝚁𝚈𝚄𝙹𝙸 (𝙴𝚅𝙾𝙻𝚅𝙴 𝚂𝚃𝙰𝚃𝙴) ]

"That's scared me..How long the evolution will end?" I ask the system.

"That's quite long. Well, I'll just take a nap then." I happily said.

"It's so dark in here... Wait... Nao-sama! Where are you?!" I shouted but get no response. I began to panic thinking that she might left me. I'm going to be alone again? Without realizing it, tear began to fall on my cheek.

"Ryuji."

I turn my head toward the voice. "That's Nao-sama voice!" I felt relief and immediately wipe my tears. I ran towards the voice and I saw a light.

My surrounding suddenly turn into firery place. 'That's weird. The fire didn't burn me. I only feel warm..' I thought but then I saw a crystal that shaped like a heart.

It has half yellow color and half of it like Nao-sama's eye color. It was so beautiful that it make me unconsciously touch it. The crystal shine after came in contact with my hand.

N̲a̲o̲ P̲o̲v̲

I wake up from my nap because the light so paking bright. I rub my eyes and saw Ryuji floating, even one of his wing grow. The wings grow more bigger tho. Heck, he even glowing like a lamp.

So Ryuji only has one wings all this time. I wonder what happened to him.

"I'm sorry!" Ryuji panicked and quickly backed away. ' I thought I will get crushed to death.' I thought and suddenly the screen popped up.

'This system is trying to get me killed! But the home seed look interesting.' I thought. "It's okay Ryuji. Let's check your new ability!" I said excitedly. "Yes!" Ryuji reply.

"That group of monsters is our target. Are you ready, Ryuji?" I asked. "I'm ready!" Ryuji answered. " Good. Now, ATTACK!!" I command and Ryuji fire his basic fire spell.

"SCREECH!!" The monsters scream and scattered to dodge Ryuji fire attack. "What?" Ryuji was in disbelief. "Ryuji behind you!" I scream as I saw one of the monster attacking Ryuji from behind. When I try to shoot it with my bow, Ryuji quickly turn around and punch it.

*Splat!* The monster died instantly and the remaining monsters ran away in fear after witnessing Ryuji's strength. 'I'm glad I didn't died back then!' I sweat drop. "They're too weak, Nao-sama." Ryuji said. "You shouldn't said that, Ryuji. There's always a sky above the sky." I said. "What does that mean? Ryuji asked. "You will know it soon." I said and Ryuji only looked at me.

"Anyway, let's find a stronger opponent." I said and Ryuji answer 'Yes'. And with that, we both level up our skills without any sleep for 3 days.

Even if I have max level regeneration, I still can't regen my MP and Stamina.. Ryuji lay on the ground while looking at the sky tiredly. I'm glad that I gain more strength.
