If we learn from our mistakes, would you advise them to keep making them?
Most people wouldn't really listen when they are told off to keep from making any mistakes because most people are highly emotional and tend to act on their feelings. Still, even if they were encouraged to experience life despite the possibility of making mistakes, it's hard to say whether they would learn any from it in the end.
My advice is to have them guided and mentored because that's the most effective way for someone to learn. That is, to observe from someone who is very much capable, leading and guuding them to success. Like how most prominent people who had people mentored them, allowing them to live the life with the learnings guided by those people. These people had experienced life, and the lessons they could impart from that ardous journey is a treasure to behold.
Because, it is wiser to learn from the mistakes of others.
You see, it is good to experience one thing, but to allow yourself to experience the exact same thing that happened to someone, that resulted in agony, when it could have been prevented, is a bit stupid.
