Inside A House

A child with striking red hair that was styled in bangs with a gap in the middle was running around the house naked as their mother was trying to catch them holding a towel.

Child: I don't want to take a bath!

???: Get in the tub now or else.

She glared at him as he shivered before walking over. His mother covered him with the towel leading him to the tub.

???: Honestly. You have way too much energy in the morning.

She starts washing him. They finish as she she takes him out of the tub dressing him and starts cooking lunch. A man comes out of the bedroom.

??? : Good morning Ken.

Sudo: Hey Kiyone. Has Takeru taken a bath yet?

Kiyone: Yes but he was as stubborn as always.

Sudo: Hey he's a kid. Kids are stubborn.

Kiyone points the ladle at him.

Kiyone: Why don't you try getting him to do things once in a while!

Sudo sweats a little. He walks over to Takeru.

Sudo: What did we say about watching TV before eating breakfast?

Takeru starts whining as Sudo pulls him away from the TV.

Takeru was struggling against his father when Kiyone turned around.

Kiyone: That's enough! Sit down on the table now! The both of you.

They quickly sat down. Kiyone put down the plates for them to eat. Takeru looked at his plate as his eyes sparkled. They began to eat quickly.

Kiyone: Slow down or you'll choke.

They finish their plates as Kiyone approaches Sudo.

Kiyone: He's 7 now. Don't you think it's time for some physical training?

Sudo: I mean. Isn't that a bit... well alright. I'll just get him some really light equipment. But why do you want him to start already?

Kiyone: It just bothers me to see him watching the TV all day. He has so much energy but he squanders it on that thing.

Sudo: Oh I see. Well, I get it. I'll get him something.

Kiyone: Thank you, Ken. So when is your next game?

Sudo: It's on Friday.

Kiyone: We don't have anything on that day so I'll bring him along to watch you play.

Sudo: Yeah. I'd love to see you there.

On Friday

They watched Sudo play as his team won the match 48-31. Sudo had made a name for himself and was on the path to becoming a household name.

The family headed home as Sudo gave a 1kg dumbbell to Takeru.

Takeru: What's this Papa?

Sudo: Just lift it and do it as many times as you can.

Takeru: Why?

Sudo: So you can have big muscles like your dad.
