What if... Lucy had a secret daughter and never told anyone

Part 4

Tim comes out of Ellie's room and sees Lucy talking to Angela in the phone. "Hey, can you tell everyone at work about Ellie and I'm bringing her to work with me tomorrow for take your child to work day." Lucy says over the phone. "Oh she told you. I'm sorry. I will do that, and Jack is coming and so is Lila. But Maddy is going with Wesley." Angela says. "Ok no problem just making sure. See you tomorrow." Lucy says and hangs up.

"Hey." Lucy says smiling at Tim. "I can tell her not to call me that if you want." Tim says. "No it's fine. That's what she whispered to me about. She really likes you." Lucy continues to Tim. "And she's coming to work with us tomorrow." Lucy finishes. "Ok. Will she be okay?" Tim asks. "Angela is telling everyone tonight and tomorrow morning and she has me you and Angela so she will be okay." Lucy says.

"It's getting late so i should probably head out." Tim says. "No, can you stay the night." Lucy asks Tim. "Sure, if you want me to." Tim says. "Ok let's go to bed now. I'm tired." Lucy says leading Tim to her bedroom. They go lay down and Lucy leans over and lays on Tim's chest. They fall asleep and wake up to Ellie coming into Lucy's room. Lucy sits up from laying on Tim's chest. "Good morning Elle bell. Why are you so excited?" Lucy says as Ellie runs over to Lucy's bed. "I get to come to work with you today!" Ellie says smiling, so happy.

"Ok, now you need to go get dressed. Do you need help?" Lucy says to Ellie. "Yes, I need a cute outfit for today." Ellie says. "Ok then let's go." Lucy says. "I'll start making breakfast. Anything specific?" Tim asks Ellie. "Waffles today please." Ellie says running to her room. "Welcome to my life." Lucy says smiling and laughing going to Ellie's room. Lucy picks a cute dress with tights to go under. She helps Ellie get dressed and they go to eat.

"Waffles are done." Tim says putting plates at Lucy and Ellie's chairs. "Thank you Tim." Ellie says. "Thanks babe." Lucy says. "Your both very welcome." Tim says. "I'm going to go get ready go brush your teeth when your done eating Elle bell." Lucy says walking to her room. "Ok mommy." Ellie says finishing her waffles. "Lucy changes into a different outfit then fixes her hair. She has no time for makeup so she rushes out of her room. "Ok Ellie time to go." Lucy says grabbing Ellie's bag.

"Did you fill up your bag like I asked you to?" Lucy asks Ellie. "No, I forgot mommy. I'm sorry." Ellie says. "It's okay baby. Grab your shoes. Tim can you help her please." Lucy says getting Ellie's activities for her bag. "Ok let's go." Lucy says. Ellie and Tim walk out the door while Lucy locks it and follows behind them. Lucy puts Ellie into her car seat in Tim's truck and they start driving to the station for work.

"Elle bell. When we go inside there will be a lot of people. They all know about you so they might try to talk to you. Me, Tim, and auntie Angela will be around and I will introduce you to other people you can go to. If at any point you don't feel comfortable find one of us." Lucy says to Ellie as the are getting ready to pull into the station. "Ok mommy. I'm ready." Ellie says. "Ok let's go." Lucy says getting Ellie out of her car seat. The three of them walk into the station together and Lucy hold Ellie's hand tightly. "Hey Angela, hey Nyla." Lucy says

"Nyla this is my daughter Ellie. Ellie this is Nyla and her daughter, Lila. Can you say hi." Lucy says to Ellie. "Hi, Nyla." Ellie says. "Hi princess." Nyla says to Ellie. "Lila go ahead over with the other kids over there, and take Jack please." Nyla says. "Ellie do you want to go with the other kids for a minute and I'll come back and get you in a minute." Lucy says to Ellie. "Ok mommy." Ellie says running to Greys office with the other kids. "She's so beautiful. How old is she?" Nyla says to Lucy. "Thanks and she's 5." Lucy says. "I'm so sorry Lucy. I heard what happened." Nyla says. "Thank you so much. That means a lot."  Lucy says.

"Angela, you told everyone right?" Lucy asks Angela. "Yea I told them about Ellie and not to say anything to you about it." Angela says. "And by them you mean" Lucy starts. "Smitty." Lucy and Angela says. "Ok, thanks. I'm going to go show Ellie around. I'll be back soon." Lucy says. "Let us know if you need anything." Tim says as Lucy starts walking away. Lucy turns around and smiles and nods her head at Tim. "Hi Elle bell. Do you want to go meet some more of my friends?" Lucy asks Ellie.

"Sure, if you want me to." Ellie says to Lucy. "Well, it's up to you Elle bell. If you want to great. If not that's fine too." Lucy says crouching down next to Ellie. "Ok, mommy. I want to, please." Ellie says. "Ok baby, lets go." Lucy says standing up holding Ellie's hand. "Hey, Celina and Aaron, this is my daughter Ellie. Ellie this is Celina and Aaron." Lucy says still tightly holding Ellie's hand.

"Hi Ellie, it's nice to meet you." Aaron and Celina say. "Nice to meet you too." Ellie says. "She's so cute." Celina says to Lucy. "Thanks. Well we'll see you guys later." Lucy says to Celina and Aaron. "Where are we going next?" Ellie asks Lucy. "Whoever we find." Lucy says. "Hey John, this is my daughter Ellie. Ellie this is John." Lucy says. "Hey Ellie. It's nice to meet you." John says. "Nice to meet you." Ellie says.
