CHAPTER 29

The bell rang and I sighed, packing up all my things quickly and getting up. I walk down the halls, greeting a few people that pass by and make my way towards the gym. I open the door and walk towards the bleachers to drop my bag off then walk over to Kiyoko and Yachi who were already there.

"You're leaving early today right?" Kiyoko asks and I hug her shortly before pulling away.

"Yeah I have a photoshoot today." I smile at her and Yachi frowns.

"Harlot. I wanted to go to that little cafe with you today.." she whines and I hug her as well.

"I'm free this weekend bubble butt don't worry." I pull away and smile at them. "I just wanted to say bye! I'll see you later honey bunnies!!" I walk away and get my bag before leaving in a hurry to the studio the photoshoot was supposed to be at. It was mostly going to be an outdoor shoot though so she had to get there on time to take the first few photos before they changed locations.

 It took about 45 minutes to get there from the school because my dumb ass decided I wanted to walk which turned into a jog because I was running late.

"Why did I do this to myself? I'm not even athletic gang what the hell.."

Finally reaching the studio, I walk inside out of breath and head over to the styling chairs where I put my bag down.

It's dark out by the time I finally get to go home. I'm still in my uniform because I had forgotten to pack a change of clothes that morning. Pulling my hood up and sighing, I walk to a nearby convenience store to get a treat before making my way back home. Yes, there are snacks at home already, but that won't stop me from being happy.

After about an hour, I finally get home. Walking through the door and taking off my shoes, I take out my airpods then make my way up the stairs to Tobio's room first, only to find it empty. 

"Did he go out..? Aw shucks." I sigh and walk down the hall to my room and open the door but pause. Tobio is on my bed. He slowly looks at me and I smile.

"Hiii" I whisper into the dark, trying to be quiet in case I just woke him up. He sits up slowly as I drop my bag in the corner and start changing out of my school uniform and into shorts. "Were you asleep?" He shakes his head and yawns.

"How was it?" he asks while rubbing at his eyes. I smile a bit as I change my shirt into a tank top and turn to him.

"It was good! I think!" He waves me over and I close the door, blocking out the hallway light, before walking over to him. He still looks tired even though he said he wasn't asleep. 

"Well slap me on the ass and call me a pickle this guy is so fine tonight I might wake up pregnant."

"Why you think?" he asks, pulling me to stand between his legs and running his hands up and down my legs. "Did something happen?" 

"Nothing really..we were outside for so damn long bruh my head hurt." I frown but then smile again. "Oh but I got to pick flowers. It was fun."

Tobi smiled up at me and pulled me closer to give me a kiss on the lips. My hand moved to his hair slowly and he pulled me closer until I was on his lap.

"Is this what you waited up for?" I chuckle and he smiles.

"No..you're just cute." He leans back in and kisses me again and again, falling back onto the bed and pulling me down with him. 

"Hey guys, it's a school night." I laugh.

"School ain't got nothing on me gang." he huffs and I raise a brow, sitting up a little.

"Be so for real bruh, school has literally everything on you."

"Why do I need school anyway," he groans, brushing his thumb over my hip. "I wanna go pro at volleyball.." I giggle and brush some hair out of his face.

"How do you expect to get into a college team if you don't make it into college, Tobi?" He rolls his eyes then starts grumbling about how much he hates school and why it shouldn't be a thing and I move to get up but he gently pulls me back down to keep straddling his torso.

I tilt my head a bit and he looks away with his ears red. "Not yet." he mumbles and I'm looking at him weird because wth does that mean gang. 

"What do you mean?" I ask and he doesn't respond so I lean closer to his face which he covers with one hand. "What do you want? Money? Food? My limited edition golden hello kitty? Whattt speak up."

"Just stop talking for like 10 seconds." he says and I move away from his face and count down from 10 in my head. "Don't actually count n/n.."

"I wasn't.."

After what felt like forever, he removes his hand from his face and lets go of my waist so I can get up. I walk over to my closet to pull out a jacket then walk back to the bed where Tobio had already readjusted so his head was on the pillows.

"You're weird.." I say as I get in, him holding the blankets open for me to get in.

"I think you're just dumb." he smirks. "It's a good thing though." He wraps his arm around me then proceeds to fall back asleep in like 2 seconds as if nothing happened.
