CHAPTER 45

y/n had fallen asleep on in the uber, her head resting on Kageyama's shoulder as she breathed softly. Her hand was in his and their fingers were intwined as he looked down ad them, brushing his thumb over her knuckles.

It was still 3am with the flight being at 6. y/n being y/n had refused to go to bet on time the night before, insisting on staying up and watching (favorite show) with Kageyama until she ended up passing out at 1am and getting only an hour and a half of sleep.

Despite saying she won't cry at all, she had already cried like 3 times since she woke up. 1 time because she was tired and the other 2 because she had to leave. Her eyes were slightly puffy but not enough to be noticeable and she slowly opened them as the uber pulled up to the airport. They both got out of the back seat and pulled out her luggage, waving the driver goodbye and walking inside.

After she had waited in the line for almost 45 minutes, she finally got checked in. The two walked off to one of the empty hallways to avoid all the cameras and paparazzi that were in their faces since he couldn't follow her into the security checkpoint.

"Stop I don't wanna go anymore." y/n said, wrapping her arms around his Torso. He returned the hug and buried his face in her hair, breathing her in.

"I don't want you to go either." he sighed. They held the hug for what felt like minutes, neither of them wanting to let go. y/n had started tearing up again, sniffling into his hoodie making him tear up as well before she chuckled and pulled away slightly to look up at him with tears in her eyes and a red nose.

"We do this every time I leave as if I'm never coming back." she sniffed, reaching up to wipe the tears from the corners of his eyes.

"That's because you're gonna be gone for at least a year." he pouted, smiling slightly.

"Why would you remind me.." y/n started tearing up again. "I hate you go home coochie licker."

"Did you forget??" Kageyama laughed, taking her hands from his face and kissing them as she cried again. y/n wrapped her arms around his neck and he leaned downwards to kiss her, pulling her closer before they separated.

"You have to leave n/n.." he said.

"I know.." she frowned before laughing again. "Yo this is so dramatic for what. Get us on Telemundo"

They hugged each other tightly and he kissed her cheek a few times before he let go and kissed her forehead, handing her her luggage that he was carrying. She gave him one last kiss before gathering up all her things.

"Make sure to call me every five minutes." he said, fixing her hair. y/n smiled at him and nodded. "I love you."

"I love you too. Bye Tobi." She smiled and finally walked off, waving at him while he waved back.
