Fury and Hill continue on as Coulson turns around and heads the other way.

Fury and Hill make their way down to the lower levels.

MARIA HILL- Sir, evacuation may be futile.

FURY- We should tell them to go back to sleep?

MARIA HILL- If we can't control the Tesseract'senergy there may not be a minimumsafe distance.

FURY- I need you to make sure the PhaseTwo prototypes are shipped out.

MARIA HILL- Sir, is that really a priorityright now?

She then looked over at the guards.

MARIA HILL- With me

Fury enters the Tesseract room.

Fury makes his way over to ERIK SELVIG.

SELVIG- Director.

FURY- Is there anything we know forcertain?

FURY- Is that supposed to be funny?

SELVIG- No, it's not funny at all. TheTesseract is not only active, she'smisbehaving.

FURY- How soon can you pull the plug?

SELVIG- She's an energy source. We turn offthe power, she turns it back on. Ifshe reaches peak level-
