I was standing  down at the bottom of the stairs with my other siblings, as I waited for dad to blow his whistle.

Vanya whistled I started running past Five and the others "TOO SLOW!" I yelled laughing.

'As much as you must strive for individual greatness and strive you must, for it won't come to you of its own accord.....'

It was between Five, me and Diego we all were going past each other multiple times.

'You must also remember that there is no individual stronger than the collective'

Five suddenly spatial jumped 'THATS NOT FAIR FIVES CHEATING' Diego yells.

"He adapted" our father replied.

I was almost past Five when I fell from Diego tripping me.

When I fell I realized I fell on Five making me blush he smiled slightly helping me up.

I watched my siblings get tattoos on there arm.
'The ties that bind you together make you stronger than you are alone.' Allison was crying because she got hers and Luther comforted her.

"Y/n your up" father announced.

I stared at him in shock while my mom gently
Moved me forward. I looked at Diego and Five as I went up and sat down.

The man started I felt tears forming my eyes as I closed them trying to get through the pain.

I gritted my teeth as it wasn't going away. I felt someone's hand grab mine I noticed it was Five I smiled and held it back.
It was Diego's turn now and mom tried holding his hand but he wouldn't let her.

'They will make you impervious to the pain and hardship the world will trust upon you. And believe me when I tell you. Life will be hard. It will be painful.

'We can accomplish anything, when we accept responsibility together. This is what creates trust. Together you will stand against the reign of evil'

I went to punch them but they stopped me "it's just me!" Diego said trying to calm me down.

"Can we talk?" He asked "there's nothing to talk about" I said as I continued to walk to my apartment "there is plenty!" He said following.

He was facing me walking backwards as I didn't look at him "so what ?! We kiss pretty much make out and Five is back and you ignore me now?" He asked I could tell he felt hurt which made me feel bad.

I didn't know what I wanted I was confused.

"Diego." I said stopping myself "I'm confused! Okay? As much as I wish to give you an answer I don't know what to say" I said looking at him trying to be honest.
He puts his hands on my face gently "Let me make you not confused" he whispered.

I felt his lips on mine making me shocked but I kissed back he kept going deeper into the kiss but I stopped him "Diego." I said "we can't do this not right now" I said running a hand through my hair.

"Why why not? Give me a chance! I've been waiting for years for you to realize that I have a crush on you! Damn it Y/n!" He said punching the tree near him.

He grunted I seen his hand was bleeding "Diego!" I said going to touch his hand "Y/n... you know me more than you know Five. He's probably changed so much with leaving." He said looking at me.

"I get that Diego. But-" he cut me off "you always had eyes on him but never had eyes for me... now that I had the c-c..." he was stuttering "Diego...." I said calmly.

"C-chance... h-he's back" Diego said tearing up and looking away.

I stood there shocked. I knew he had feelings for me I wasn't that dumb. I did develop some feelings for him over the years of Five being gone.

Believe me I did but now that Fives back I didn't know what to say. Or feel.

"I see..." he said nodding before leaving "Diego!" I yelled but he left.

It was raining I sighed "perfect" I mumbled I went into my apartment setting my coat down rubbing my face. I turned the light on only to scream seeing Five  "the only thing you should be screaming is my name" he smirked.

I blushed to the point it felt really hot in the room.

"Sorry you scared me." I replied putting my hair behind my ear. "Why didn't you stay for the funeral?" He asks.

"You know how dad was" I spoke quietly.
"Well Diego broke Ben's statue"

"WHAT?!" I was pissed I made Ben's statue for him specifically. "Yeah he seemed pissed when he came back after talking to you what happened?" He asks with concern on his face.

"He.... It's nothing." I said looking around but I noticed his arm. Five stood up coming towards me "you know rapists can climb" he said motioning to the window that's wide open.

"Well they don't know I have powers either." I chuckle.

He puts a strand behind my ear I felt my breath being held back a minute. "Five your arm" I said noticing his arm.
