Gray skin-tight bodysuit with jagged patterns resembling thorns and a frilly collar, back of her suit features a diamond shaped opening, and several diamond cutouts on her legs, black knee-high boots, black gloves with gray on the palms with frills at the wrists
Some facts:
She has memory loss (amnesia), all she remembers is that she has gotten into some intense battle, then... that's it, she remembers her name, and nothing else
Melronna got the scar from the battle, that's what she remembered, and of course it wasn't pleasant
There are moments where she's actually more careful (cautious), but when she does get impulsive, it's during some battles, and she's pretty aggressive
She doesn't let anyone touch the strange markings on her chest, since it's known that it actually hurts, that it "feels like burning on her entire body", which sounds painful, she doesn't remember how she got it, she doesn't remember how long it's been, but it's still painful for now
Due to being a nephalem, she can show some angel and/or demon appearances (tail, wings, horn(s)), the tail is known to be sharp as a blade, sharp enough to tear clothes when the tail is wrapped around someone's arm or leg, or when the tip of the tail slices the clothes, leaving a scratch, even on some armor made of steel
She always uses her tail whenever she fights, since it's so sharp, it's known that her tail is actually her weapon, and it is, that's why she uses it
